Get your story straight. My initial reservation was for 9pm on Friday. I drove 30 minutes after receiving not one, but TWO confirmations that I'd be able to get my truck. Once there, the mobile check in directed me to wait until the location opened at 7am. I was on a VERY tight schedule and by the time I got a rep on the phone it was past 9:30 and I'd missed my scheduling window. The rep assured me that they would get me a different but workable truck for the next day and that they'd apply the $50 reservation guarantee to my reservation because again - I drove 30 minutes out to pick up a truck that I never got and then 30 home. Uhaul wasted a full hour of my time with this reservation and the rep told me I'd get the $50 guarantee without issue. When I went to get my (incorrect) truck the next day, they told me no, the $50 wouldn't apply and when I spoke to customer service they told me the location manager had to â€œapproveâ€ it. How does it make sense that the location that caused the problem in the first place gets to decide how to fix it?? Absolutely ridiculous. The only reason I even allowed the first rep to change my reservation to the next morning was because he assured me the $50 would apply. The check in person was lovely, his name was Devin and I can't say enough positively about him, but the rest of this location was just bad. Total lack of responsibility and accountability. I put gas in by your recommended amount and still got zapped 2 gallons. If you always dispatched with a full tank customers could just return full instead of playing the guessing game which on the over all they know is a loosing game. Leaves a bad taste.TERRY B.

3rd uhaul i rented in less then a month from you guys and i went in explaining about my nightmare cargo van rental. Side door kept swiping open on the highway. Made an 1.5 hour ride 3 hours not to mention a box flying out of the vehicle and almost getting into a couple accidents. I not only expressed this to the employee but had him drive it so he could see for himself. Doors shut and locked it happened to him in front of me while he took two spins around. When he got out he called the manager who i over heard him telling that i came in talking shit. Then got offered $20 off my rental which i never even received. Thanks claudio and earl for the nightmare customer service after a nightmare rental. Ill continue my shit talking to corporate!GEORGE I.

My problem is with UHaul in general There are no locks with the trailers - WHY? the utility dollies are AWFUL for moving I ordered two dollies but only one was available and no one bothered to tell me that causing me to have to search for and buy another and better one myselfCassandra J.

You facility had a roof leak and damaged my items. I was told it my problem because I didn’t have separate insurance. I really don’t care what the contract says. You have a building that’s not maintained and that should not be my problem. I lost three months of Rent payments and thousands of dollars because I have to throw out all my items from the damage.
