This location is not run well. The customer service is not good. We had a long term storage unit and the climate control was a joke (we have photos of the temp reaching over 95*). Unfortunately it's one of the only uhaul places with trailers in stock when we need them. Service is slow, rude, and the guy acts like he is annoyed by every person that walks in. Find another job if you don't like it! Sad thing is he manages the place so there is no one above him to complain to. My husband reserved the trailer online and still had to wait 30 min because he just didn't care to do anything timely.

I had to make 2 trips because the uhaul could not fit all of my belongings in one trip. I was going to call to extend my truck for another 2 days because I was unloading the second load by myself and the person i spoke with over the phone was extremely rude and demanded I have the truck returned in 1 day so I spent the whole day and night until the next morning trying to meet your deadline to avoid any conflicts with Uhaul. My belongings had to be placed outside on my driveway because I had no time to sort the boxes out. They are still outside because I'm having to rest my legs from over working them.

I had 8:00 as my pick up time. When i arrived, the store was closed, and at least 3 other people waiting since 7. Called the 800 number and they notified some manager, and an employee finally showed up little before 9:00. It was pointed out this a common occurrence for this store. Horrible way to run a business. But thanks to the young man that did show up on his day off and tried to help all of us as quickly as he could.

Have more customer service agents onsite to help. There was only one woman there and she did a good job, but there should have been two there.

The two people who were supposed to work did not show up. Finally about 8:45 a young man showed up (he was not supposed to be there) and did a really good job of getting all of us some help. The people who were supposed to pick up their order had to wait from 7 to 8:45. That is unacceptable. Then I had to wait 30 minutes while he finished with the other who were there first. The manager could not be reached, so this college student did a remarkable job in light of the circumstances. He should definitely get a really big raise and thank you for a job well done. As I was leaving, I noticed that you only pay $9 an hour, so if you went up on salary you might could attract people who care about their job.

This was the first location I went to. I was told instead to go to a place called The Donut Shop which was where my reservation was supposed to be. The truck was not there nor was the location open. I called U-Haul and was sent to a location across town that had my truck in stock. Turned out this location was also closed. I was then sent back to my original starting point. The employees at this location were polite and helpful, it was the U-Haul corporate Customer service/online reservation system that gave me an overall poor experience. I will not be using U-Haul again. I also had a lot of problems with a U-Move it equipment transfer, basically same story. The coordination on U-Haul’s end was poor and resulted in me and my family being treated disrespectfully and severely inconvenienced.

The San Angelo, TX facility on S Koenigheim Street is by far the best U-Haul facility that my family or I have ever used. From the friendly staff to the clean equipment and storage facilities, I would not trust any other place to store my belongings.

They are short handed... this is a busy busy busy location Because of the Air Force Base here. I have rented U-Haul in many many places but I have never had to wait as long as I have to wait here. They need more employees

I was told there was 1/4 tank of gas. When I left there was 1/8. I took a picture when I left and I gassed it up to just under 1/4. (Way over what it was when I left. I was charged an extra $37 for the gas and i showed the guy working the picture and explained what happened and he told me i wouldn't be charged extra. So lousy. I was very displeased.

Not over charge your customers. Charged me approximately $200 to rent a 15ft truck for a day and less than 12 miles. Did not refund my initial charge essentially double charging me.

The whole right side of the uhaul leaked as it rained on the trip for 8 hours while damaging many of the contents due to rain/ water. When I delivered the uhaul I told the people about it and they dismissed me. I get a call twice from them the next morning asking where the uhaul was and twice I told them I turned it in the night before. Obviously they didn’t note my complaint with the truck.

I was over charged and haven't been reimbursed. The kid at the desk was very unprofessional and working at the slowest possible pace. I was very professional with him and friendly. He just didn't seem to know what he was doing. I called customer service and was told I would be reimbursed for the extra day I was charged. I talked to the kid again when I dropped off the trailer early and he told me my credit would be $27. Still haven't seen anything. He wanted me to go in the office but I was in a bad rush. He didn't know what to say. I offered for him to call me if he had issues with reimbursing because he should have been able to pull up my information without me being there. But still No calls.. no emails.. nothing. I'm very disappointed. If his service was more friendly and understanding and helpful I would not be writing this today. But he really should get some customer service training. I don't remember his name but he has long shaggy hair, white, slender, looks fairly young maybe late teens 18 or 19. Anyways. He's awful at his job. And I would still like my day reimburses. Please get back with me if you need any information from me. Thanks.

Paid for climate controlled, but inside storage unit was hot, even hallways were warm. Once gated access removed, security appeared more vulnerable. Frequent price increases became irritating.
