What a difference! The drop off location in San Angelo was a much better experience.

Complete failure on uhaul's part. We had to change locations because you didn't have what we requested, which was 2 hours, 165 miles, from my house. I not only had to spend my time and gas on my vehicle getting to this location, but I did not receive enough miles to even cover the full trip from pick up to home to new home. Completely disappointed! I will rethink using uhaul for my next move.

The pickup location in San Angelo was great. My complaint is that I wasn't given a choice for the drop off location. I rented a trailer one way from San Angelo to GRANBURY TX. My drop off was twenty miles away north of Cresson. The customer service passed me to 3 different people when I called to change the drop off location and finally just left me on hold.

You can fully explain to the customer how long the rental of the truck is for and if there are any mileage restrictions. I was't told anything. The U-Haul reps that waited on me were 2 college kids that were not interested at all in what they were doing they just wanted to make remarks about the college in the city where I was going.

Everything was great but I was not able to get my truck when I asked for it. I scheduled to pick it up at 7am but was not able to get it till 9:30am. The lock box where the key goes would not open so I came back when they opened and come to find out, the key was not even in the lock box!

After spending 57 minutes on hold I finally got a representative on the line. I requested a 10ft truck for a 24 hour period traveling from San Angelo to Midland one way. He gave me my quote and when we went to pick up the truck the young lady behind the counter was nice but we were continuously being distracted by her text message alert. I confirmed with her the information I gave to the rep over the phone signed it. My husband had to go back to get the mileage changed because the paperwork showed more than what was actually in the truck. Fast forward to us taking the truck to the UHaul location in Midland and they tell us we owe 409.00 for wrong destination! Come to find out they never put it in as a one way. It was made for "In town". So my husband had to put addition mileage on the truck just to return. i called UHAUL again and was told Manager would get back to me Monday. We have not heard from anyone.

I reserved a motorcycle trailer. There is only one motorcycle trailer size available on your website and only one price listed. When I showed up I noticed two sizes of motorcycle trailers. I was told the larger one is actually a utility trailer and if I wanted the larger one the price would increase. The guy kept telling me that it was not a motorcycle trailer, even though it has the bike tire chuck and on the front of the trailer it clearly states it is a motorcycle trailer. I had no choice but to pay this extra fee. I will not use this location and possibly UHaul in the future.

Double check trailer numbers to insure customer receives the correct trailer and is not told they have to pay extra for returning the trailer to wrong site. Thank goodness we had our contract showing the return site.

The gentleman inside the store didn't have our ratchetstraps ready for pickup. He didn't wear a mask and wasn't helpful or friendly at all. He simply gave us our receipt for the straps and was done with us. We had reserved a trailer as well that he didn't give us any information for. We wandered outside and found a helpful gentleman washing a trailer. He tried to help us get the trailer set up and was very friendly (hence the not *poor* review). He helped us even getting an extra cord when the first one wouldn't work with the lights. The first man came outside when we pulled around front due to the lights not working on the truck/trailer and took us inside to get a truck instead. We eneded up going with a trailer and let me tell you that man had about as much personality as a dead fish. 10/10 would not recommend him for anything or anyone.

Scrap your online reservation service. It is a waste of time. Had to repeat 100% of the steps to make the reservation online once on site. Had reserved furniture pads and location gave out all they had to other customers stating sorry we ran out. What good is a reservation then?
