They let me park there for 30 minutes because I had to wait for a friend. Super friendly staff. Filling up the propane bottle was cheap and very convenient. I'll always come back to to this location.

DONNA FDon’t get a call when the work was done. I had to call the shop for an update. Hitch install includes wires coming out of my trunk. No mechanic on site. Employee in office says that’s how all hitches are. Not sure if I would have proceeded if I knew this would be the arrangement.

CRAIG RI needed to sweep the trailer out before using. It appeared to still have quite a bit of fine dust like ash from recent fires still in the trailer. That being said the staff was fantastic and trailer was in very good condition.
JAMES Tthe guy that was outside was super unprofessional, he was too busy paying attention on what I was doing to take pictures of the truck he should of paid attention and make sure he took the lock off. He left the lock on and we had to go back there so they can take it off, which in fact messed up the mileage after he said he would tell them to adjust it and never did. Definitely never coming back and if the manager sees this tell the guy outside to leave people alone unless they need help and stop making them like they are dumb

LAIRD BI waited 15 minutes just before 7PM for someone to help me check-out. I decided to use the mobile app to speed things up. Finally someone came at 6:59, then made comments about why I didn’t wait and reminded me they closed at 7…I was well aware.
JONATHAN CI just wanted to take a moment and thank Alisha. She was absolutely amazing and wonderful. She went above and beyond for me. The way she handled the situation and made me feel like I was the best customer and only one even though there were others that morning needing help. It was truly a pleasure working with her and the team at Uhal San Clemente. 5 stars!!!!!
Robert SMaybe a little clean up around the yard but otherwise no complaints at all. Staff were great, process picking up and dropping off my truck was efficient and easy. The online experience also made things very easy. Overall a very positive experience.

Paul PThis location was great, but it was not my chosen location. I order on line to pick up close to the home, no problem right. Except the day I was flying in to get the truck they call and tell me I can't get it at that location, they tell me I have to pick it up 5 miles further away. Then they call me back and tell me that won't work either and make the pick up another 15 miles away. I will never use Uhaul to move again.Penske, Budget or Enterprise all would have delivered the truck to the home and 2 of them for less money then UHAUL

SHANIE LMy items arrived somewhat unscathed. I big picture frame did break. The staff was nice and helpful, however the billing was a nighmare to itemize. I couldnt tell what I was being charged for and all the charges are at different times. The way the billing is set up, makes the consumer feel like they are being nickel and dimed to death. I still need to have the manager email me a breakdown so I can give to my accountant. The bill just have number codes on it. I need an itemized description.

SAMER BThe rental overall was questionable. My pickup qas changed 15 miles and then the dropoff was changed. The alignement on the truck is off and the truck was shaking my whole 5 hour drive. The only thing that saved my experience with Uhaul was the Quick easy drop off with Valentino. I pulled in and he was quick to assist with the return. Drop off was quick and easy especially with 1 employee working outside. Thank you Valentino, you saved this rental for Uhaul with your customer service and it's much appreciated.

Hector G | Overall ExperienceAlthough the facility was well lit, secure, and the hours are great, the location of where I had my unit was near the lockers by the entrance. I'm not sure who is using the lockers, but every time I went in there, it smelled like pot. And most times I visited (which was every few days for a month) the leftovers of someone's belongings who had either been evicted or had dumped their stuff was left by the carts by the entrance. Also, in the entrance, there are leftover building supplies - not sure if they belong to the building or someone else, but it doesn't seem that it should be there. For the price I was paying for a small unit, I would have figured the experience would be better. I switched my storage to All American in Capistrano and it's MUCH cleaner, more pleasant, more professional, and over $50 less expensive.

We had to move a few items out of the unit into the hallway, then close the units door, in order to carry the stuff out the front rollup door. When we moved in the unit door swung all the way open which was great!

I do recommend to make it clear to your customers who are moving and purchasing a storage unit to explain you have to return the uhaul keys by 10am or whatever time you have set up. I showed up at 10 and unloaded my things into my unit and it took about an hour and then I turned in the uhaul keys and was told I was being charged and the guy didn’t know why but basically said I have to pay it and took it from my card on file. Upon reviewing the receipt I was charged another day! I was on the property the whole time and no one warned me or said anything. I have called asking for a refund. That is deceiving.
