The San Clemente location was very helpful and efficient in setting me up. However, the drop off locations they gave me did not work out at all! I came close to dropping the trailer off on the side of the road, but my friend who was driving wouldnâ€™t let me. A nightmare just trying to to drop the darn trailer off!

Of the 4 individuals that waited on me, only one seemed to know how to process my order without hiccups. Check-in took way too long because that person unsucessfully attempted to get me in the system three or four times before it was processed correctly. When I actually stepped outside to take possession of the truck, I was double booked with another customer (fortunately on the paper contract only - my electronic confirmation eventually directed us to the correct truck) Even after the customer service rep showed me the vehicle and explained the dings/cleanliness routine, I entered the vehicle and there was a paper and foil taco wrapper in the console cup holders. Lastly, when I returned the vehicle for the check-out process, the final customer service douche charged me $15 for "not bringing the truck back with the amount of fuel it left with". I know he was a douche because my fuel was 3/8 tank...I refilled the tank to 3/8 of a tank, which was unmarked but halfway between 1/4 tank and 1/2 tank. When I balked at his claim, his response was, "yea, it's not quite 3/8, its just a hair under." There is no line dedicated to the 3/8 fill point...he was just being a douche to add on an additional charge. $15 is not a big deal to me so I complied and paid it. But the $15 that he put into the sales register cost the company my future business, even if it means going out of my way to a less convenient provider.

I had difficulty with the corporate account. We order the van on our account but when we went to pick it up it wasn't on our account.Our employee needed to use their personal credit card which is not what we want and the reason for the corporate account. No one could tell me what was the issue. It needs to be explained better than a glitch.

CUSTOMER SERVICE. Itâ€™s not easy but you know , you gotta do what you gotta do to make it work. Without being said, you donâ€™t like it, find another job. Iâ€™m trying to be as nice as I can when writing this. I come from customer service and there is a reason why Iâ€™m not in it anymore. Wasnâ€™t fully explained everything I should be aware about, just minor coverage and the rest was, â€œ you can go online and look at everything . â€œ I get what theyâ€™re trying to do, make it easier for consumer but there is still grey in that. Some people prefer it to be old school with print outs and on physical forms. I find it hard to believe that itâ€™s challening , putting someoneâ€™s accurate information in when youâ€™re physically looking at their ID and still make a mistake by putting in the wrong email. When it was simply first and last name on the ID @ gmail. You want us to look on the contract via text but your workers canâ€™t even get the right email address down . Just sloppy system and very frustrating when trying to look for your receipts and exact process on gas reimbursements , etc. Owners didnâ€™t go above and beyond for clientele , instead the made the gentlemen outside in the yard do it for them or you figure it out due to them telling you itâ€™s all on the contract we texted you. Just poor service and wasnâ€™t happy spending my money there. Made it more of a pain than a blessing to use their equipment. Ps, probably not the best idea to be having folks 50+ running the customer service but not my business .
