Hitch installation was good but would not recommend uhaul for wiring this vehicle. Very difficult access. Perhaps dealer is best place for this vehicle.

Both the gentleman in the morning and the gentleman in the afternoon behind the counter were excellent. Though the 15'r ran OK/no critical issues, it is getting tired at 130,000. The steering is vague, brakes fading a bit and the transmission shifting late and once slipped.

The two different employees who assisted were excellent. Both were polite, patient and helpful the entire time. Questions were answered honestly and they let me know if they weren't sure of the correct answer. This was was second time renting a trailer from this Uhaul store and will certainly feel comfortable returning again. Thank you. Unfortunately you probably don't hear this enough.

The man I dealt with at the front desk was top tier. He was very nice, and the process was quick. I scheduled to have my van starting at 7:00 am that day, and was out of the office by 7:03 am. One thing I was not too happy about was that it took me about 20-30 min to clear off my rental van due to the snow and ice on it. Is it typical that none of the units are cleaned off and ready to go in snow/ice? It ate into my rental timeframe (non issue because I was still back to drop off the van before my 11AM return time). Also, the lot was not plowed and after clearing off my van, it took me about another 10 min to get it unstuck from the snow. I would think that the lot should be cleared and ready to go for all conditions!

1. The dashboard was pretty dirty and the glass was cracked. Cleaning would help the rating 2. The model itself looked older than the others on the lot. Getting a newer model especially when there are so many on the lot to chose from, would have been viewed as a better experience. Overall, the staff was friendly and the check-in and check out was pretty fast. I would have given an "excellent" rating if the other two items noted above were covered.

When I receive the U-Haul it has 1/4 of a tank of gas in it. I feel they (U-Haul) should feel the truck up as that point. Because I got screwed at the end.

I was charged an additional $14 for fuel but when I picked up the U-Haul it was on E and was told I would get a credit. I brought it back with more fuel than when I left. I inquired about the charge and was acknowledged that it should have been a credit instead of a charge. Was told the manager would call me and refund the $14. No call and no refund. Highly disappointed

I rented a car carrier where the right side strap (that holds the front wheel to the trailer) was previously severed and too short to reach the ratchet mechanism, and therefore unsafe to use. I drove over 100 miles with the trailer and only discovered this upon attempting to load a vehicle. The trip cost me over $125 in gas and over $50 in tolls. This equipment should have been inspected and never rented.

Charged me multiple times for items I didn't have. Took forever with my refund... Horrible experience. Charged me a extra hundred with out telling me for my TYPE of card.... Things that weren't relayed on the phone. I'll got to budget next time and I've already told all my friend to never use your company. Well there was a gentlemen there who assisted me but, but I told him that it looked like someone tried to break into my storage unit he had me take a pic and then asked me if I wanted to be there when they checked the Camara and I said yes and he said he wouldblet the manager know. So then I went back the next week to clear the rest of my stuff out of the storage unit and spoke with the same gentlemen and asked about why no one called me about looking at the Camara he said that he didn't get a chance to see the manager and that he would let him know I said well it don't matter now I'm all moved out

I was disappointed to be offered a storage space to accommodate the 26’ Uhaul truck in a 12’ space after I reserved a 20’. I was luckily able to locate a different place to store my items, however this proved to add unnecessary costly miles to my rental and wasted my, and my movers, time. Better communication in the future for your customers. :-(

This was supposed to be my first storage unit. Online when I booked it never stated it was upper with no stairwell connected. I can’t carry large heavy items up those stairs alone. They offered me a bigger one on the bottom but it would’ve been double the cost. Also the part that really bothered me was the employee walking me to the unit in the 800 had me squeeze through the ladder to get by. What if I was much heavier???!! Isn’t that a fire hazard not putting those things away when not in use?! I ended up asking for my lock refund and insurance refund and leaving

Weird set up. Second floor storage that you need to put a Set rolling stairs to it was Not handicapped accessible!! I walk with a cane and can not walk up stairs! you would need someone to help you with this .

My experience was excellent! The facility is well cared for and the manager, ShaTeke Clark, was very helpful in answering any questions I had throughout the time of rental. I said no to the "Access Hours" convenience only because I am a night owl and being able to access in the middle of the night could be useful as I found myself wanting to put more items in around 1am after coming back from a trip to move my son into a dorm at his college in New Hampshire. But for most individuals this may not be an issue.

I'm not happy that I had insurance, And My Mirror broke, and I was not componsated for the damage, or a refund back on a 10day early leave,no report just an assumption that I broke my well wrapped mirror....Yet another mirror glass table top an two 50 inch t.v were all packed safely, being that I believe it was broken from the other units. .....!Why have insurance when it's not really protection, a Money scam, Not happy Alida Drake!!!!!!

When I went to secure my storage space, he was showing me where the unit was and the door was wide open. When I asked about it he told me it was broken. I had already paid and now find myself looking for alternatives. There was also a couple pieces of small trash items on the floor of the unit which means it wasn't cleaned.

The Manager and his Staff are EXCELLENT!!! However, Having to move a set of stairs on wheels is unacceptable in todays standards. Interaction with the facility went well up until the pandemic hit. Once it hit and we started to get behind, the customer service line would direct me to call the facility to set up payment arrangements. But each time I contacted the facility, I was told payment arrangements were not possible, even during a time when everyone was losing money and unable to fend for themselves. This facility took no regard for the struggles of its patrons and profited off of that instead.

Moving in was a nightmare. The staff informed my older children that they we “high as f***” when they were assisting them because of a lock that had broke. I needed the large unit, and this was the last one. I was told because of the lock they were going to need to move me to a smaller unit. After I called them up they figured out how to get the lock off and I was able to keep the unit. Not after they had charged me for the smaller unit. Now I have two charged on my account for 2 units. I am being told that it will fall off. I wait the three days and it cleared. I have to go in once again to clear this up. Here comes the next month and I am supposedly set up on auto pay. This is in fact not the case. Because when they were playing hop scotch with my unit they also cancelled this. I go in and I am assured it is now set up again and the 45 dollars on charges they said they will waive. Well here comes the next month and guess what is not set up. Oh yes my auto pay. I just moved all of my things out of the storage because I am being inconvenienced in having to go there every time there needs to be a bill paid or I need to resolve the issue of incompetent staff.

The Employees were helpful. We had a horrible experience with other customers while we were there. A couple was inside screaming and swearing at each other. The female threw a lock across the facility missing my 13 year olds sons head by inches. The staff did apologize for the actions of this couple. My 6 kids were pretty shook up from the incident.
