Your online pre-checkin is a joke. If I book an airline ticket, I put my card into the kiosk and immediately get my boarding pass. Your system--absolutely no saving in time or effort. Please tell me the point?

Do better at cleaning trucks and enforcing no-smoking policy. First truck I was given had a strong smell of cigarette smoke in cab, which was unacceptable. While the staff gave me a different truck without hassle, it's still a violation of your company's policy and the other truck should have been cleaned.

Lady told me on the phone it was OK to bring the truck back a few hours late and I wouldn't be charged. Guy charged me an extra day for 3 extra hours with the truck. I'll never go back to this location

FIRST I CALLED AND MY CALL GOT SENT TO DIFFERENT LOCATION AND I TOLD THE LADY AFTER SHE PROCESSED ME AND TOLD ME LOCATION THAT I CALLED SCHDY NY ON HAMBURG ST SHE SAID CALLED GOT SENT OVER TO HER. SO SHE DID MY CONFIRMATION STILL FOR BRIDGEPORT LOCATION WHERE EVER THAT IS SO WHEN I WENT TO GET TRUCK THEY SAID I DIDNT HAVE A RESERVATION THERE. THEN I ENDED UP GETTING A SMALL TRUCK AND HAD TILL 7AM TO RETURN IT NOT WHAT I WAS PLANNING FOR TO MOVE SO HAD TO MOVE THROUGH OUT EVENING TILL MIDNIGHT AFTER WORKING ALL DAY. THEN WENT TO GO PUT MY STUFF IN THERE STORAGE AND MY CARD DIDNT WORK KEPT DENYING IT. CALL JAMIE ON THE NUMBER THAT WAS LEFT ON CHECK IN/CHECK OUT AREA. SHE SAID SHE WOULD CALL ME BACK , THE 10 MINUTES LATER A GUY NAMED CHRIS CALLED ME AND I EXPLAINED THE CARD WASNT WORKING. AND THEN HE SAID I WILL BE THERE 15-20 MIN. WELL IT ENDED UP BEING 45 -60 MIN TOTAL TIME WE WAITED. WE HAD A 4 MONTH OLD BABY WITH US. SO THE 2 GUYS COME AND GO INSIDE AND ACTIVATED THE CARD THAT SHOULD OF BEEN DONE WHEN I PAID. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!! AND THEN YOUR STORAGE AREA'S ARE HORRIBLE. SMALL AS HELL AND NOT TO CLEAN. I WILL PROB CANCEL STORAGE AND GET MY BELONGINGS OUT AND GO ELSE WHERE. MY OTHER DAUGHTER HAD A STORAGE ARE SOMEPLACE ELSE SAME PRICE AND IT WAS A BIG CLEAN GARAGE SPACE. NEED TO UPGRADE YOUR STORAGE.

I was unfairly charged for two days rental. I picked the van up on Sept. 9 at approx. 7:15pm and returned it Sept. 10 at approx. 7:15pm (after closing as per contract No.93268653. This has happened in the past and you've made it right. I expect you'll do the same this time. Multiple-time Customer, Denny Empie

As a former GM of a large Uhaul center in North Las Vegas, I came in with a critical eye. The lot was organized correctly and was spotless. The show room was the same. Mileage and fuel was correct. The GM was waiting on us and was quick and thorough. My only criticisms would be that you could look people in the eye, smile, and engage in a bit of conversation. Make them feel like a customer rather than a number. The mirrors on the one way were dirty and we had to clean them when we filled up. Other than that, fantastic service. Keep up the good work!!

Overcharged for items. Tried to fix it at the store. Didn't receive the promised refund to my credit card. I see additional charges $114 posted after I spoke with customer specialist in the store. I was disappointed.

My drop of location was changed and I was poorly notified. I picked up 2 pieces on two different days so I received several text messages confirming information. The last one I received after picking up the trailer hitch changed the drop location. While it probably technically meets some minimal requirements for corporate to be satisfied, it began with, "Per our contract, I have confirmed..." The catch is, this wasn't per our contracts. The contracts I had signed all contained different locations then was present in that text. I did not read it, because I had received several and I knew the location our contract mentioned. This caused a lot of confusion and extra driving at the time of the drop off. It wasn't terribly far, but as someone who is brand new to the area it was very frustrating to track down and get to, as the trucks don't have GPS in them and I certainly don't want to crash while on my phone trying to track this new place down. Please change the text to, "NOTICE: CHANGE OF LOCATION..." Or something a long those lines.

Tell your employees at the stop lying to the customers about how much the vans are . I have a balance due of $95 and I was charged 220 and both employees a week ago told me the balance was only going to be $95 . I will never rent from you guys again I was lying to

Upon arriving on Sunday August 28th at 8:50 to pick up the reserved 15 ft. truck, there was a line of people and only 1 hard working young man who was trying to help the customers. He was polite, trying to reassure us all that he was trying to assist us as quickly as he could. He also was trying to find some help by calling co-workers with out much success. One of the regular weekly customers was trying to assisting him. I did leave at 9:45a and returned the truck later that afternoon and he had some help processing the return. I will use this location again due to these young men. They are great employees who can be counted on in a bad situation. You should be glad to have them representing your company.
