The U-Haul associate who took the order was rude and did not provide information in all of the billing for the truck rental. When the truck was ordered I was informed the rental was a flat rate plus.79 cents/mi. When I picked the truck up I was informed that the truck also had to be gases to the level it left the site with. This should have been disclosed in the first instance when the truck was ordered. The comment when I questioned this was that I didn't have to take the truck. Totally inappropriate when ur us tge associates responsibility to disclose full pricing details. On moving day we will be using another company and not U-Haul.

Beyond horrible. They gave us a truck with a key that would not unlock the door. They do not answer the phone. We had to send my daughter to the store to tell them to call us. We waited over 3 hours to get assistance. Roadside assistance doesn't answer it too well over an hour to just get someone on the phone. They promised not to charge us but it took days to get the money back in my account.

The refueling agreement is a scam. The vehicle was given to me with 3/4 of a tank and I was required to return the tank to that level which means guessing. This means I will either be under or over the mark and you benefit either way especially if I am under and am hit with a fee. The vehicle needs to be provided with a full tank of gas so this problem is eliminated. Next time I need a vehicle I will look elsewhere first to see if other companies have a different policy.

Every time o have rented from this location the file level was incorrect on the agreement , this last time I was charged a file charge despite having the level corrected at time of pick up (by Paul k.) . Since this has happened more than 5 times in the past two years that o have rented from this location, I assume this is policy to short change the customers .

The inside of the cab was kind of sticky with a spilled drink around the cup holder and the handles and steering wheel were a little tacky so we went around with some antiseptic wipes before and after we used it. I think it was just the age of the truck, the last one we rented here was new and spotless inside. The staff was very good, got us in and out quickly, but still in a very friendly way.
