She is amazing and deserves recognition for her her customer service. It’s a hard job and she excelled at it.

Casey K.Got charged for Appliance dolly, they only had a Utility dolly available. Keep more equipment in stock for customers to rent. Allow trucks to be returned at different locations. Provide an actual Key drop box that looks like the image it gives you when trying to return keys. They only "key drop off" there was a small slot in a door that was not marked. overall poor experience.

I walked in to the office just to see if they had anything available, was in a truck within minutes. I also really appreciated the sanitizing that was done.

A god location and they lots of stuff and their customer service is generally very good. But this time, my opinion on a problem was not respected and was frankly dissed.

MICHAEL R.The truck was not taken care of and needed gas way more often than it should. It made awful noises the entire time and when we complained we got a shrug and were told too bad if you want something else you have to pay for an upgrade. It didn't make it the entire trip it was a waste of $700.
michael B.No pickup trucks were available, was forced to rent a 15' truck to move 1 washer and 1 dryer - mostly wasted space inside.
Phillip D.Renting moving van was so easy. Reserved online, pick up was quick and easy. We didn't make it back in time before store closed but it was no problem. We were able to confirm return on line and leave the keys in drop box. Couldn't of been any easier!

The doors opened automatically so I did not know i needed to enter the access code. Before completing the online move in now form I called the office and the lady was not helping on expaining what the process is to move in. Other than that it was easy and I like having the carts available.

doug m. | Overall ExperienceI'm having a hard time answering a few questions because the fact of not only truck return which is a nightmare in itself given not knowing how to use the text return thing... can't see to read most of it or understand it because I'm used to "simple " take truck back, return key etc. Now the alarm system within is a wonderful although confusing thing especially when every time you turn around the alarms go off! Also given the fact of 2 people trying to unload and get everything into stage units are not only exhausted, but physically can't go go go anymore to get things done in a short amount of time. Uhaul is my preferred choice for rental, but this time ended up a nightmare all the way around! The young lady that helped me was great as I followed her instructions on how to set doors etc when we were finally able to get everything in units, but what a nightmare with alarms going off twice and had to call 911 because of it. This was a very very upsetting experience because we were exhausted and don't fully understand how the whole thing works. I would like to continue to use uhaul as my moving/storage company, but it's not been a very good experience this time or even the first time so much improvement would be great especially for the older generation to fully understand and have ease using. Please feel free to call me to discuss because it's totally CONFUSING!!
