They were friendly and helpful. They didn't have the size truck I was looking for but worked with me to give me a fair price on a bigger one. Instead of just saying well we dont have it like normal customer service reps. I appreciated that as I didn't need the extra space and don't enjoy driving the bigger one as they are harder to back up and eat up more gas. But they were so friendly I didn't want to go anywhere else. I assume

American Home H.Lisa used the word fuck like 3 or 4 times in less than 3 minutes. I have been charged with an obscene amount of miles for my prior rental due to a employee screw up. I only use this location because it's the best selection and availability around in the area. Please reach out as I have an audio recording of the offensive and extremely unprofessional conduct of Lisa. It is my belief that her actions justify an immediate termination irregardless that the store is just recently without an assistant manager.

daniel R.Be extremely clear on your fuel policy. I was told i would need to immediately get fuel for the truck because it was completely empty. I was led to believe that I would be reimbursed on my bill for the fuel i purchased. I spent over a hundred dollars on fuel and returned it full with a receipt only to find i was given a nere 20 dollars credit. I am extremely dissatisfied, disappointed, and feel completely cheated out of money i could ill afford to lose. When i tried to sort the situation out, i was asked for a picture of the receipt and that a manager would get back in touch with me. It has now been two days without contact.

NELSON W.I was confused when ordering this uhaul. I went to the location and the clerk didn't provide me with any information about in town rentals. I ordered this uhaul to travel 850 miles and the price was over $1200. I returned the uhaul the following day and was worried because the 1200 was pending and had to rent a different uhaul from a separate location. I felt misguided and honestly had a horrible experience through the Gordon drive location in Sioux City, Iowa. My refund has not been completed and I have rented an additional uhaul to get to my location. I would appreciate if I could have some sort of resolution with this. Something told me to check the unit before we left to pack up our storage belongings - and I’m so glad we did. We were rented an “In Use” and “Red Tagged” unit. We went back to the office and manager let us know they didn’t have any other units in the size we wanted. During the whole “renting” process the manager was in a hurry which led to many typos that we had to point out multiple times. Manager admitted he needed to slow down but still rushed through our whole process. The site itself seemed great and we’re really bummed that we weren’t able to find a unit that fit our needs. So needless to say, we rented a unit and truck, just to turn around and cancel everything ten minutes later.
