Our storage being there was always a hassle with being charged fees when I’m not entirely sure we should have been. It was a mess and I’m glad we don’t have to use the company anymore. There was one guy that worked there that was great though. I’m sorry I don’t know the name of any of the people. But this particular location needs to get it together.

I wasn’t completely sure what I needed, but she took the time to explain my options and helped put my mind at ease that I was making the right choice. The office was very busy, with a line of customers waiting, and Marcy was the only person working in the office. Even with how busy she was, she did her best to help everyone as quickly as possible without ever making me feel rushed. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to reserve a truck or trailer because everything was already spoken for, but Marcy still took the time to problem-solve with me and explore my options. I really appreciated her patience, professionalism, and willingness to help. She provided excellent customer service in what could have easily been a stressful situation.
