So the experience that I had is that I took the key with me and I paid $50 for them to cut it opened and when the movers went to get my stuff, I had to pay extra 2 1/2 hours for the movers to wait on the guy that’s supposedly was supposed to cut the lock off but come to find out they had a duplicate key so I’m not sure if they owe me $50 for them not cutting the lock or can customer service get back a hold of me they have my number

Found unit I wanted on line. Went to UHaul to check availability and complete paperwork.
ann c | First ImpressionsI ordered a big unit. After paying for the unit they gave me two units to be comparable to the big unit advertised. I called on it and they told me they actually don't offer one that size so that's why they give you two units. Sounds fair, but misleading. When I got to my units. One of the units has a pole running floor to ceiling eating up space that we are paying for. I went to the office and they really didn't care. They said nothing they can do. So no I'm not happy. I feel they are over priced as well.
