The only problem we encountered was the truck had the engine light ON throughout our trip to California. We were told that it was not an issue and was guaranteed it will not break down -- it was just a matter of resetting the light and was told it happens all the time. Lo and behold, we did not encounter any problem during the trip. Thank you U-Haul team @SkyeCanyon89166.

David W.The facility is not well secured, my RV was broken into on two speedster occasions, in fact my neighbor in space 29 had their whole RV stolen from the facility. Aside from the lack of security or counter measures, Uhaul continually raises their prices without justification to warrant so.

DAVID R. | Overall ExperiencePlease make sure the truck works properly and is not out of gas with empty tank. I barely made it to gas station to fill up the tank after I picked up. Too stressful to deal with. The truck had steering issues and and for driving from Las Vegas to Lons Angeles, it was extremely difficult to drive, the driver window seal was broken and wind was blowing in making excessive cabin noise. In addition the windshield wipers were not cleaning well and visibility in the rain was poor. I will not use uhaul for future long distance moves anymore.

Marlena M.I had scheduled my move for what turned out to be one of the ugliest mornings of the year. The movers were coming at 8:00 am so I scheduled pickup for 6:30 since I was not loaded with confidence on the self-checkout. I'll admit that I did not thoroughly review the procedure before arriving so it was a little bit cumbersome-but doable. Fortunately there was a lot attendant who came early to position equipment who helped find the truck and access the key. Perhaps most important to know is that without that lot attendant moving equipment there would be nowhere to park my car. It all worked out and the process and drive home took only 30 mins. The truck was clean and full of gas and seemed to be in good working order. I'm really grateful for the attendant's help, saving me from having to spend too much time in the cold rain. She was very helpful, friendly and funny. Now if they could only have been more accommodating by holding off the rain until after my move!

We needed to extend the time for keeping the rental and that was done with virtually no problems whatsoever. The truck and equipment were also as promised. I highly recommend using this location for your transportation needs when relocating or miving.

James W.My first impression of the front desk clerk was amazing because I mentioned my name and was locating my confirmation# when he was very quick to pull it up. Amazed at how a fast of a typist he was and welcomed us with a friendly smile. Although it was my first time in that location the elevator broke down and I had to walk the stairs to the 3rd floor. Clerk informed me the elevator would be repaired the following morning

John T.Overall my things were safe and secure. I was disappointed that for an inside unit there was an excess of dust/ sand on my belongings as if they had been stored outside. I would expect some dust just because that is normal no matter where you are but the facility was not sealed enough from the high winds and it looked like an accumulation of outside dust/sand was on my things, especially the items that were higher up towards the ceiling.

Two months later vandalized by thiefs who were jailed and bailed out and came back for Revenge. It was said ours was the only Rv targeted. What a nightmare! In 2019 we went on many lists to be able to find safer Rv storage. It took many years but FINALLY in 2022 found a more secure location.
