BOB BIs it policy to have your customer crawl under the car transport to undo the ratchet straps and chains with your trained man saying he can’t do it because of “liabilty” ? Your customer service policies are terrible

DONNA DThe truck had over 120,000 mi on it. When driving it, it had to try to keep it on the road. It was all over the place. When turned left at a corner in a residential area. The truck lost control and smashed into the side of a small car. Then ricocheted across the street off the road. When the tow truck lifted the front of the truck up. It showed a tremendous amount of rust and the cause of the accident was the steering box had sheared off.

CORRINE VIt would be great if you offered "corner boards" as part of your packing solutions. They allow for a solid ty down when securing the boxes; and minimize the box corners from being crushed by the straps.

Braden/Brandon(cant remember) had taken the name off the phones caller ID. That is not my last name. I could have been totally screwed on my reservation if I didnt know what that caller ID said. The first time I got a uhaul was WAY easier the this. Quite disappointed with this experience.

KIMBERLY OExceptional and so efficient!! We absolutely recommend them as they came in and were incredibly efficient, helpful, and kind. They helped us move gym stuff, refrigerators, treadmill, sofa, etc. we really enjoyed chatting to them as well!

HEATHER BThe young kid that rented the trailer to me acted like he didn't want to be at work and like it was an inconvenience to rent me a trailer and his music in his ear was much more important. The girl that checked me in was nice but again the music in the ear seemed more important then my concerns with the rental and the equipment that I had used.

Kimberly HI had to sweep out the back before I could put furniture in it. Not that big of a deal, I rent often and this was the first time I had to do this. The cab smelled like a men;s locker room too. I used an odor neutralizer so not that big of an issue. Now, what I did NOT like was to be handed over a truck with a 1/4 tank of gas. So I had to stop and get gas before even using the truck. I wasn't sure how much I would need, and quite unfortunate I gave it back with a 1/2 tank of gas so UHaul got a free 1/4 tank of gas on my dime! Customers should pick up a truck with a full tank and return it with a full tank PERIOD!

MARIO MUsing the app to check out the vehicle was not a good experience. The photos didn’t upload, if I entered a comment, then tried to take the next photo my comment would disappear. I couldn’t complete the check out without uploading a photo, I just ended up going inside and having a wonderfully helpful young man get me moving. Would not recommend doing self check out, it doesn’t work completely throughout the process. Thank you.

I had reserved a 10x20 and I was unaware that it was 2 different storage units, so when I opened it I was like ummm this isn’t what I reserved, the kids had seen my reservation and didn’t tell me I had another storage unit right next to mine so I went into the office and asked what the heck and he was like oh ya you have the one next to it too and I was like okay can you unlock that one too? He was like ya give me a min, he hopped on his scooter or Segway and zoomed back to where the other storage unit was located unlocked it and zoomed away, he was just really unprofessional and rude in my opinion.

They aren’t ready to rent yet… not convenient rooms, and would t open the disabled access. I’m disabled. But I couldn’t use the door closest to the unit. The guy who checked me in needs to not tell people inaccurate info. However, the unit was clean and the lady checking me in tolerated my frustration very well. So great customer service except the check in on the phone.

But facility is not authorized to take U-Boxes yet. I was directed to another U-Haul facility. Using the other facility apparently started a conversation about user transfer of U-Box that has not yet been resolved. So excellent experience at East Overland in Meridian, Idaho. Accusatory and somewhat threatening experience elsewhere. Would appreciate a call from a representative to discuss/mediate/resolve U-Box issue.
