This is a an amazing facility, very well maintained everybody is so friendly. The only thing I would change is how long it takes to get checked out. Also I believe when you book a storage unit your rates should not change, they should remain the same. Thank you to the manager who created a solution for a difficult problem with my rental. I had already been transferred from the Mesa store to the Baseline Rd location. The truck provided had the catalytic converter stolen and was so loud it was ear-splitting and non drivable for the ride to Reno from Phoenix. I was redirected again to Cave Creek location due to limited availability, however that was too far away and we had no ability to get there. Fortunately another truck showed up while we were negotiating the solution. I would assume would live up to its where and when I need the equipment O need. For tiny alto this worked out and the subsequent experience and drive went otherwise flawless. .Jason C.

The people in the office are rude and will avoid you like the plague. I am most happy that all I had to do was move out online vs having to go talk to one of them. I remember needing help removing the trailer from the uhaul truck and they refused to help. when they were the ones who put it on? My disabled VETERAN father had to come out and try to help remove the trailer. Then one of the guys who worked there saw me waiting in the front and stayed in the back so he wouldnt have to help me? I return my truck 6 hours before the cut off time. When I took my truck in, one of your associates was cleaning another truck. He said, just leave the truck there and I'll take care of it. He did not take care it of. Because you guys charged me an extra day assuming I still had the truck with me. When I called in to complain your employee said, yes the truck keys are here. Of course the truck key are in the office, because I returned the truck the day before. After that your employee said, don't worry I'll correct the charges. The charges were not correct, you guys still charge me more that what my contrac was. I'm very disappointed with the service this location provided me. Baseline and 3rd Street.Herson M.

Truck smelled like ass and sweat, the ramp had vomit from god knows when, my reserved truck was boxed in between 2 other trucks, I was asked to change it on the computer. It took longer and extra paperwork to be switched to a dirty truck when it all could had taken 4min from one of the reps to unbox my truck. No one checked with me the dirty truck for possible damages prior to leave the store. They are nice to people before they get the money and after that, may God help you. Next time, I'd rather pay more miles than using them again.J P.
I made a reservation but apparently they gave the truck I reserved to a walk in. So they gave me a bigger truck which = more gas. They also didn't have the dolly I reserved. But I will say the people were very kind! Just didn't go smoothlyCierra P.

The equipment I rented had to be exchanged for a different one because lights were not working. Doing that the unit number wasn't changed and I returned the unit equipment in green valley the same day and now I'm being charged for not returning the equipment. This service is FREAKIN' AWESOME! I have used Uhaul for every move but this is waaayyy better than loading and driving the truck. I used the provided measurements to create a staging so I knew how to load all my things. My Ubox was delivered to the condo and placed right outside my garage. I reserved the day to load it but I was able to easily load it myself in 45 minutes because it's on the ground. Having it picked up and delivered was a huge convenience and made my cross-country move so much easier. I really am grateful my friend told me about U-Box.SHERRAE G.

The after hours return policy is very annoying and it's ridiculous that if I just drop the keys in the box and not complete the questionnaire I'll be charged an extra fee. Uhaul wants to bill me for every little thing.Dorian A.

I was told I was going to need to go to a different facility to get my equipment when I was already on the way to the other facility. since this location was further I was willing to get charged a little more but it ended up costing me $100 more than I had anticipated. And I made the appointment almost a week in advance for that specific location. absolutely horrible customer service and everything about this company left me with a bad taste in my mouth to the point that I will never be using you guys again when Home Depot has box trucks for rent at half the price with unlimited mileage. I will also recommend Home Depot to everyone I know to take the most amount of business away from your corrupt business.Isaias L.

The two men working there were extremely rude. We got there about 5 minutes before they closed and both men ran inside to shut off the open sign and try to close up shop: I walked in and the â€œmanagerâ€ rudely stated â€œwe are closed drop the key in the box, you can't expect me to come inspect the return in 2 minutes.â€ Again upon arrival they were both outside, someone with a little more respect and decent customer service would have said, â€œsorry guys we are getting ready to close, you can check it in yourself online or just drop the key and we will do it in the morningâ€ someone with great customer service would have taken the extra 5 minutes and done the check in. I called customer service to advise that we did indeed drop off before 7pm, and the rep apologized for our experience at the location. I was told he would submit feedback and have a manager reach out. The next morning I got a call and it was the â€œManagerâ€ the same man that was rude the night before he right away sedated â€œit was me that told you we were closed and I was not rudeâ€ I was explaining my said and again rudely he cut me off and said let me stop you there, I asked him to please let me talk and explain myself and he would not. He then stared my husband was rude and was cursing at the other store associate. My husband was not rude nor did he curse, he simply told him we already dropped they key and they can check it in, in the morning. Terrible customer service, even worse follow up call. I did tell him since he would not let me speak that I was going to go ahead and end the call. There is no point in staying on the call when the manager is in denial about he behavior and pointing the blame on the customer.maricella E.

I was told by an employee I could only access my unit during business hours 7-7:30pm and that had always been the case. I then informed the rep that hadn’t been my previous experience storing with other UHaul locations. My account was also reported as past due when my due date hadn’t yet passed. I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone as they seem to make up their own rules and not a reflection of my overall UHaul experience. My only suggestion is to improve the access to units which always set off the alarm. Entering my code never seemed to work. Buen Servicio , mejorar aseo, mantenimiento y vigilancia : :) Nuestra experiencia fue buena, en el sentido de que pudimos mantener nuestras cosas guardadas, en buen estados, durante el tiempo de transicion pudimos seleccionar que llevar,donar o botar...fue agotador pues no contabamos con mucha ayuda de familiares. Simembargo habia personas muy solidarias gracias a Dios! Por solucionar ..improvec..:( Solo observamos ciertas circunstancias...algunos sitios y carritos sucios, especialmente descuidafos los baños, la gente no cuidaba de este servicio...y al no haber papel higienico disponible, lo atascaron con las toallas...y el otro baño familiar era horrendo y apestaba ...(stinky and dirty)...creo un poco mas cuidado para el aseo y mantenimiento del lugar ...ademas de vigilancia..una noche, tirando unos cartones salto un hombre de dentro del basurero ( a homeless) ..esoces peligroso ! (Dangerous) yo grite y corri..nadie se inmuto...:( Pero en general aunque no fue perfecto,cumplio su funcion , y edtsmos muy agradecidos por ayudarnos en esta dificil situacion durante epoca de Pandemia y perdida de un ser querido.!! This is the first time I’ve ever had a negative experience with UHaul. For starters, this location which is normally well staffed only had one rep at the counter. While the rep was very helpful it was obvious he was overwhelmed. To make matters worst I was later told the facility closed at 7:30 pm and customers could not access the location. Something I had never experienced at any other UHaul storage facilities and very unacceptable. When i expressed my concerns I was told people were caught sleeping on site. If true, you hire security not limit access. I was very disappointed in my experience and would not recommend this location to anyone.Ayesha B. | First Impressions
