What I most appreciated was that he helped me instead of just saying "go on the app, which is all I got when I used the Estrella mountain location. Companies that you work for these days look for quality, professional, business type of negotiations or should I say business he was not business at all he was more like a person that didn’t care. His demeanour was as if whatever I know I’ve done business with U-Haul since the 70s out of all the years I’ve done business with you guys. I never I’m in contact with someone to handle business as he did. Overall I’m pleased with you Services and your company. I will continue to use U-Haul. Thank you.
