Three employees were having a loud conversation at the opposite end of the counter making it difficult to hear the lady helping me. I'm hearing impaired with hearing aids but still had to ask the lady to repeat herself. I noticed that the fuel gage on my paper was different by over 1/8 of a tank. The paper showered 7/8 of a tank and the fuel gage was actually slightly less than 3/4 of a tank. I noticed it after going to the loading location Aprox 3 miles from Uhaul, took a picture and because of time constraints decided to handle it on the drop off! I filled the truck to 3/4 tank, a little more than what was actually in it and refused to honor the photo showing the odometer and fuel gauge. They charged me almost $20 for fuel that was never in the truck! Pissed me off!VIOLET H.

Waited almost an hour to pick up a truck I had already reserved online. Utility dolly was not present even though it was reserved with the order and â€œguaranteed.â€ Manager was openly chastising employees and ignoring customers in the process. This rental was only for 1 hour because we went up the street to get food and had to bring truck back to exchange. This location charged me $65 even though I was getting another truck for a 24 hour period. I would have expected more customer orientated services to help to mitigate this expense. I have spent thousands of dollars at this specific location on storage and truck services and I thought some grace should have been extended.TIHARA T.

I had to travel an additional ~50 miles just to get the trailer and they never coordinated and called me the day prior for my U-Haul pick up. I had to go into the store the next morning to confirm when they then told me that they didn't have everything at that location. They also need more assistance at the front desk. Uhaul is NOT military friendly considering a lot of their customers are military. The need to use a major credit card is totally over the top. I definitely will not be recommending Uhaul to any military service members. Cracked windshield in certain places, the van hadn't been washed in awhile and you could hear wind coming in through the window/door seals.BRIANJAMES W.

Staff should advise customers that trailer sizes are not exactly inside dimensions. I had a 5ft x 9 ft trailer but inside width was only approximately 4 ft 9 in wide. In some cases this creates a problem. Staff at this location was super friendly and helpful.CLARENCE M.

Within 10 minutes after the employee installed the hitch and we had left the facility the receiver came off the car. The connecting pin and the clip were not found. By the grace of God we kept control of the car on the interstate and called roadside assistance. Upon returning the trailer the manager said she'd NEVER had this happen before but she WOULDN'T add any charges. Oh, did I mention that the roadside service driver said the hitch was improperly installed.JACOB G.

We were charged for 6 UHAUL blankets but they were not in the truck when we checked . The drop off location was nice but inferred that we have no proof that the blankets weren't in the truck and that we may have kept them?! Not sure why on earth we would want to keep UHAUL blanketsâ€¦. I learned when I went to return this truck that I was given the wrong truck. The truck I was supposed to get was supposed to have cruise control and so driving 1,400 miles and 24 road hours without it was very uncomfortable. The staff were very nice people though.SCOTT G.

A few days later they let me know a 10x20 was available and we were able to change me to the 10x20 and U-Haul only charged me for the day for the days I had the 10x10 rented.
