Upon loading my car to the trailer it wasn't tied down to the truck from the uhaul employees so the entire trailer went skyward and almost ruined my car.

Go to a different location, I waited 35 minutes just to sign for the equipment. Overall there was one person at the desk with two others employees hanging out. I’ve done the same thing before with one persons working in 10 minutes

The store manager, Wanda is awesome! She over and beyond to ensure I had my truck, equipment and storage unit on the 12/28/18. She is very professional and knowledgeable when answering all your questions. I even went back 3 days later (today) and rented a van to finish my moving for all my smaller items. I actually went to another location prior to this one and did not like the service I received. I'm very happy I chose this location, which turned out to be even better.

Original pickup was in Bellmead, i showed up and they had no trailers even though i had confirmed and echeck in online. She then said that she just couldn't help me... I had to go outside and call the 800 number to get help only to be told that I would have to drive 40 miles to this location to get a trailer (and 40 miles back) so 80+ miles and two hours of my time and fuel to get the trailer i needed.

Staff I felt with were unorganized and need training. Total lack of people skills. Took almost an hour to get a truck already reserved. On line app didn't work and was told to go stand outside in the cold to "get reception". Seriously? It was the app not working. Then they complained about having to make another order. The woman said "all I want to do is go home" Will never use this location again. And will steer others away.

Uhaul system needs to get some mechanized trailer dollies that can lift and move the hitch. Similarly the trailer tounge should have a trailer jack so that the customer can also have the ability to unhitch and hitch the trailer from the vehicle if needed. The hitch jack is only about 10 bucks a piece so not a big expenses for a monopoly to put into action. AS to mechanized dolly for trailer having to lift the trailer off the hitch for the employees must be bad on their backs.

My reservation was for Lott TX and we ended up having to drive to Temple TX. This was inconvenient.

The Pickup location was fine and the employees were helpful. They need more training on the computer and U haul system. I needed a 2 day rental with pick and drop off at same location. Simple request I thought. Didn't happen. I received my Email and it only showed one day. I called customer service and she changed it to two days. I was able to complete all my moving in one day, so I was able to return the trailer a day early to where it was rented from. I was told that it could not be returned back at the same location because it was a rented as a "one-way rental" on the paperwork. The system would not let them receive it. I was confused because I asked to bring it back to same location when I rented it. It had been raining most of the day (about 2 inches) and I was instructed to take it across town to another dealer. When I arrived at the other location the dealer spoke very little English and the storage for the trailers were in the field across the street. I told him I would be unable to park the trailer in that location because I would get stuck. He insisted that they do it all the time and it was Ok. Sure enough I got stuck. After Forward and Reversing (Rocking) the truck several times, I was able to get out without calling a tow truck. Then I had to get out into ankle deep mud to help get the trailer off the hitch because he was unable to do it by himself. By this time my truck is muddy from inside and out. This is unacceptable and just bad business. It should be a requirement of U haul and their dealers to be able to pickup and drop off in any weather condition. Obviously there are no standards at U Haul or requirements of their dealers. Finally, Back in the office and he told me I was Late bringing back the trailer. I tried to explain that I had called the customer service when I realized it showed one day and had it changed to two days. His computer only showed one day and I was late and would have to pay extra. I left. U Haul has, by far, the worse customer service of any company I have ever dealt with. Unbelievable.

In side of truck was soak and wet and smelled like bleach, ramp had mud and leaves all over it. I felt the lady working there was rude and not very professional, and needs to work on her people skills. I will not be using this location again and I will not recommend this location to anyone.

We were all pressed for time, I can't say it was a worst experience, but I can say that under the circumstances, it was ok. We were all pressed that day, and I appreciate that it was good for the most part (on all our parts it could've been a better experience, yet it wasn't altogether bad/disastrous)

The passanger side view mirror on the truck was loose and it would move out of place while driving. I had to stop multiple time to adjust it. Major safety issue.

Truck was broke when I picked it up. Called road side and was sent to two different locations to get it fixed. Neither could fixe it. Mechanic came to the house to fix it. He could not fix it. Eventually you towed it. It was a safety issue. I asked road side assistance operator if she would drive it and she said "personally she would."
