Originally, I ordered (2) U-box containers because that is what was recommended based on the size of my home. I ended up needing a third container and called to have it delivered. All (3) containers were picked up at the same time to ship from NJ to NC. However, the third container was not shipped with the other two. I was told the container was lost which was very stressful but eventually it was found and shipped. I received the container over a week later. When I asked to speak to a manager about my experience, I got a call from Michelle. Michelle identified herself as the scheduling manager for southern New Jersey. She was very nasty toward me and told me that it didn't matter how much I was inconvenienced. She said I had to pay forthe third container even though U-haul did not meet their timeline guarantees. I would love to discuss this further with someone in customer service. if not, I will not be using or recommending U-haul services in the future.

JOCELYN BI would absolutely not recommend this location to anyone(Snapbox uhaul). It was a horrific experience. I called in to reserve a 20 footer, got there and went through the whole check in process, didnt get a code for a keybox(a supposed self service situation). Come to find out after 30 minutes they didn't put the key in the box, so i cant use that truck. After another 30-40 minuyes of talking to 3 different people over the phone, they switch it to a 15 footer. I go through the process of checking in again and had to wait 15 minutes for the new reserve time. I get approved at the new time and get sent a code finally to open the new key box for the truck key to find it with no key in the box after being told over the phone that the 15 foot truck is a 24/7 available truck if its there. After calling back again and going through the process of finding another location with a 15 footer, im at over 2 hours past when i was supposed to have the original truck. I go to the next location and luckily he had a 15 footer that was only for one way travels and he said fuck it, i'll let you use it even though its not allowed. Shout out to him, because most other locations were closed by this point. With me being past 2 hours of my initial timeframe, i ended up, in the end, having to extend the truck reservation another 2 hours and pay another 140 dollars. I wanted to call in and ask for some kind of discount but after speaking with 5-6 different people, it felt pointless.

And I spoke to 3 different people and they could not help me with answers to my questions on how to move out.

Gregory VI arrived for a return last Sunday at 4:50 PM and they had closed. They were supposed to be open until 5 PM. The APP is not user friendly and two other people who were helping us had the same experience. VERY FRUSTRATING!! They never answer the phone. And, because they were closed , I was charged $40.00 for an additional day. The vehicle was given to me with 1/4 tank of fuel , I returned it at that level but nonetheless I was charged %19.00 for fuel which the corporate office later rescinded.
Charles SStaff was great but uhaul truck itself was NOT! Only had one headlight. Not even a half tank gas in it. And STANK like wet dog. So bad all our cloths smelled like wet dog and covered in hair! 🤮🤢 We had to keep windows down it smelled so bad.

I asked for a credit not a refund the person would not offer me a credit for a car trailer he told me how do I know u didn’t use it? …I said bc I want to rent a car trailer …..so I will not recommend u haul to any of my clientele …. Worst experience I ever had with a vendor …poor leadership

Mark G | Overall Experiencewhen i arrived at the store, there was no store employee at the counter, to help me pick up my rental truck. Twenty five minutes passed before I saw anyone in the store. Further, when I received the keys to the truck and went to inspect it, I saw the truck was at approximately 1/8 tank of gasoline. The paper i received with the truck erroneously indicated 1/4 tank. Within a few miles of driving the truck the gasoline light came on and I had to stop for gas. I don't appreciate getting a truck with almost no gas in it.

KIM WNot really an issue for me because I back up trailers all the time. But for an inexperienced driver the trailers would be rather hard to pickup and return in the tight area that they are in.

LENNIE DIt started off great when they drop off the box but then it was no longer great customer service, My box stated it would be in the new location by 1/8 so I changed my drop off date from 1/13 to 1/11. They call me while I’m on my 8 hour drive to my new home on the 11th to let me know their truck broke down and it wasn’t going to make it until the 13th. Wouldn’t do anything for the inconvenience and everything I needed including clothes for my kids to start the first day. I was told by Zack that there would be no discount for the inconvenience because “honestly my first delivery date was the 13th anyway” The drop off on the 13th was a little better nothing was broken or missing in the box. The person who dropped it off on the 13th around 430p called around 730am the next day asking if they could pick it up. I will NEVER use this kind of service again

We cancelled the locker. This location and staff were a disaster for us, and cost us hundreds of $$$ in labor pay since we had labor with us and stood around until the truck was ready. I suggest you look elsewhere for storage, based on our experience.

This enabled us to load and rent the trailer before 9 am whereas the Millville location did not open until 9 am! Huge difference when driving to TN. You’re just greedy and wanted you customers to pay for the renovations and new units you’re putting in. My unit didn’t even have a light in it, and the bugs were ridiculous. Never renting a storage unit from uhaul again, I’ll see you for a moving truck. That’s about it.

Plus they locked you in on a price when you first move in (Parrish did) U haul is not as good.

ANGELO L | Overall ExperienceIn the unit there is a place to put a light bulb but when I put one in it it did not work and we empty the unit without ant light except from ours phones and the light turned outside turned on past eight it should have turned on as soon as it darkens but there should be light in the unit it would have made it easier and the light outside should turn on sooner . I hope ugly understood me lol but I liked if there had no problems with anyone,the workers are nice helpful and the manager was great with us and yes in the Future I would come back . Keep up the good work!!!!!
