I do not want to complain; we needed a trailer to transport a couple of items and it all worked very well. The trailer was not clean and the fenders are rusting and dented - didn't affect our use, but if you ask... no, they were not clean & well maintained. Also, and I hate to mention is, but the language used by the person who assisted me, was really bad. She used the "f" word like a sailor. It was off putting to me, but I can't imagine what it would be like for a conservative person. She was great at her job and engaging, but just no self awareness of her manners.Arlene K.

The location for my 11:30 am pickup time reservation was changed via email at 11:28 am, after I arrived at the original location, the location was not open, and I then had to drive to the new location - unacceptable. The new location was slow in serving me. My pickup was completed 1 hour later than my requested and confirmed pickup time, affecting my plans for the afternoon. I also don't recall receiving any details regarding the procedure for a pick up that requires a phone. Then, when returning the vehicle, the attendant tried to charge me a fuel surcharge for a fuel level lower than pickup time. I showed him my copy of the equipment contract that I had received a few hours earlier that showed the true fuel level, along with a photo on my phone, and indicated that I had been slightly perturbed because I had overfilled the vehicle upon return, and now that he was attempting to charge me a fuel surcharge, along with the pickup problem, I now expect a refund for the overfilled fuel. I received no response to my request. Overall, the worst Uhaul experience I have had.Richard R.

When I picked up the rental vehicle I had to enter my Visa pin 2 different times at the request of the uhaul rep. Today I noticed that my Visa has been billed twice for the original deposit amount. Hopefully this will get sorted out but I am not happy with the whole rental process.Brian G.

The only issue I had was that I reserved at a neighborhood dealer close to me but the actual pickup location was clear across the other side of the city at this location. Your people behind the counter lack people skills fore sure. Also their computers there need some work to speed up the process. They also didn't take the time to offer any alternatives. My initial order was messed up twice: there was no truck available at the original pick-up site that I selected. They found me a truck at a different site but it wouldn't be available until an hour later than I had requested so I had to sign up for the virtual pick-up. When I arrived to pick up my truck, I found out that they hadn't set things up properly and I wasn't able to pick up my truck on time. Luckily they were able to find me another truck that was available sooner but I had to drive 20 minutes across the city to pick it up. This is the second time I have booked a u-haul truck and both times my order has been messed up.Brandon D.
