Make sure your trailers have safe wiring and are checked routinely. Very lucky that it did not catch fire. Wires were smoking. No lights on trailer. Only one working brake light, Poped fuses on my personal vehicle. Trailer had "multiple" tie downs aka 4. Not enough to be called multiple.Brenden M.

The Truck wasn't gased up full. Also the showed gas on the paper did not reflect what was really in the Gas tank. An employee done something on the Truck while I was in the front trying to adjust the seat without saying anything. That scared me and couldn't have gone so wrong if I started driving.Katrin M.

The truck was very clean but my driver had to fix the passenger side mirror because it kept spinning around which made it very difficult to change lanes or see if there were any cars driving beside him. When filling up with gas, we had to hold the nozzle part way out so that it wouldn't shut off on us. Again very annoying. The ride was very comfortable. I have back issues and the seats didn't bother me at all. Very Pleased With That.Diane D.

This location and service were great. However, the self serve online check-in is an absolute disaster. We have arrived to our designated place to pick up a truck through (McSupremz). There was no one to assist us, and all check in and out was forced through their app. The app did not work, did not process our photos, and did not allow us to get our vehicle. We were forced to go to the closest location instead, which was very helpful -- and thankfully had the truck we needed. Word of caution, never use their app check in and make sure you are going to a physical U-Haul dispatch first.Vsevolod M.

They did a good job of clearing a big Saturday morning line-up of customers. It took a while for one the guys at customer service there to fill my invoice correctly. I asked for insurance and the printed form came with no insurance. He finally got it but it should not have been a problem.Tolo M.

Very friendly staff. I love the online check-in option; saves a lot of time. The check out was the speediest I've experienced. A UHaul member was outside while I parked the truck to return and he processed the return in less than 5 minutes! I've only visited this location and I highly recommend it!Sara S.

I have said numerous times.. Clean the Windows inside and out and Replace Windshield Wipers. 3 time this year I have rented a truck and each time the Windows were filthy that you could not see well and wipers were old and needed to be replacedAlexandre T.

The truck was fairly clean. There were a couple of problems with it. First, there was no way to put the steering wheel down. It was difficult trying to see over it. Second, there was no knob on the driver side window lever. It was difficult to roll the window up or down.Alma G.

ONLY 2 ADVISORS IN THE MORNING, IT TOOK 45 MINUTES TO GET THROUGH THE LINE. EVEN SHOWING UP 15 MINUTES EARLY I WOULD HAVE WASTED 30 MINUTES OF THE BOOKED TIME. ONLINE RESERVATION IS USELESS IT ALLOWS ANYONE TO BOOK WITH OUT PRE-REQUISITS. I HAD MY SIN, HEALTH CARE CARD, CREDIT CARD BUT ONLY AN INTERIM LICENSE AND YOU NEED PHOTO ID. WHAT IF SOMEONE DOESN'T HAVE A PASSPORT, WHAT ELSE HAS A PHOTO ON IT. I HAVE MY INTERIM SLIP AND SIN MY NAME MATCHES ALSO MY CREDIT CARDS... ASK FOR IT UPFRONT TO AVOID THAT AT PICK UP WHAT A WASTE OF TIME - PRODUCT IS GREAT, SERVICE IS BRUTAL. ALSO HUGE OVER CHARGE ON EVERYTHING. I was overcharge on with insufficient fuel. The mileage at return was inaccurate and was charged extra too.I filled rental with $30 as directed by the fuel mileage calculation for the vehicle and according to the fuel marked on the contract. The dealership overcharged me for insufficient fuel. I hope this is not a regular business practice for this dealership. I took a photo after refueling and returned in the lot. Vehicle had check engine light was on and was the interior was poorly cleaned. There was a used surgical mask in the cab, the driver window lever handle was broken off and the driver side visor was broken. Overall, this location was poor service and vehicles were poorly cleaned and maintain.Jay E.

I don't have any complaints about the location , they offered a service and knew what they were doing. My only complaint was with the online check in, I entered all of my information and kept getting an error, eventually I gave up an just went to the front desk where they helped complete my order.Alex D.

Cost of milage was way too high. I thought I got a good deal for $35 when I compared to other rental places not knowing that milage would be extra and the guy that signed the vehicle out didn't let me know and it was my first time renting from U-Haul. I'm not reply impressed in the new contactless process. I ended up driving twice to uhaul over two additional days to make sure that I could rent trailer at that location and that there was actually the equipment there. It is also not possible now to get a hold of a specific uhaul location and I'm trying on someone from another country to know what is going to happen here. This experience has not been super, but I really enjoy renting from uhaul and my previous interactions out weigh this last experience.Alexander G.
