The guy who took care of me was awesome. I think he was the owner (wish I could remember his name). Professional and light hearted . The entire staff were amazing. The u-haul truck was clean and got the job done. Would use and recommend again and again.

Anthony G | First ImpressionsThe staff were courteous, friendly and professional. The average rating is for 4 things. The overall bill exceeding 300 dollars for 24 hours is ridiculous. No employee fault though. The appliance dolly was reserved, but it was not available when we picked up the truck. Then when we went around the truck for inspection and pictures, I had to do it 3 times, 45 minutes, as your terrible website gave me an error message every single time. As far as I know, pics and damage comments never loaded. And very importantly, for safety, the drivers side visor did not even come close to fitting in it's cradle, yet just hung straight down, which could cause a serious accident. You also then had to drive with 1 hand while the other hand holds the visor up. The truck itself drove great on the road and highway. The truck itself was very clean. So the negative for clean and well maintained was for the visor issue. The average rating was for the other 3 points.
