This rating is for my drop off location in blue ridge ga.
Kenneth SI returned the u-haul at 6:45pm 14 hrs before my turn in time and they didn’t check it in until the next morning 6:55am even though they were open when I returned it so it should’ve been checked in as only being used for 10hrs. They were able to charged me for the whole amount doing it that way so be careful and make them check it back in before you leave or check in using the app!!!

Chris SI have mentioned before that I have been using U-HAUL for my moving needs since the late 1970’s! Back then customer service was poor at best with long wait times in the store. I have also used products such as moving boxes, dish boxes, wardrobe boxes, tape, dollies, and so on. This experience has been one of the best. With the exception that after acquiring a reservation it was never followed up by a phone call or text which I was assured was necessary for me to know WHERE to pick up my truck. I did have to call to find out. Needing to extend my use for another day thankfully worked out well. Returning the truck was simple and easy.

DOMINICK C | Overall ExperienceWE RENTED A 12X6 TRAILER WITH A RAMP TO LOAD BIKES, ATVS, ETC. BECAUSE OF THE POOR DESIGN OF THE TRAILER GATE, IT WAS ONLY POSSIBLE TO LOAD SOMETHING 5 FT WIDE. THIS FACT WAS NOT POINTED OUT WHEN THE TRAILER WAS RENTED. IT IS AN IMPORTANT FACT AS IT CAUSED US TO WASTE 5 OR 6 HOURS, DRIVE SEVERAL HUNDRED MILES, WASTE GAS, AND NOT BE ABLE TO LOAD WHAT WE NEEDED TO LOAD, NECESSITATING A RETURN TRIP.

Jesus OQuite a contrast. Jefferson was very polite and very helpful. Nice young man. Now, we were supposed to drop off at Spring Hill feed on Shady Hill Rd. The owner was rude and refused to take the trailer although this is where we were told to drop off the trailer. U-Haul should do something about this location.

Highly recommend this facility, WAY BETTER than other facilities, the best U-Haul experience i ever had.

ROBERT BThe owners/workers were super friendly and efficient. The truck was clean and ready to go. I had a great experience and only question one thing. I know an estimate of miles is requested, but why don’t you check the actual mileage when done. You have it written down. So you overcharge every customer $7-8. And 15 was said, but 20 was entered. It’s not a lot of money but it’s dishonest. Right now, every dollar counts.
