The brakes were grinding and squealing, had a lot of knocking noises coming from the suspension and I didn't fully feel safe and thought it was going to break down on me but thankfully it made it back to the store locationEduardo G.

I was a manager for uhaul some 23 yrs ago. When you had a customer inside the store my policy was you helped that customer even if you were closing. That didn't happen, I was told that I could return your equipment online. I tried fro about 20 mons to use your check in service online with luck. I went to the store the following morning, I got there at 645am and was told the truck wS already checked in and I was charged 20 dollars. I will say this the gentleman that was there did refund me my 20 dollars. I was not impressed by the 2 people running the facility from the previous night. I was returning the truck and there are LARGE SIGNS stating "for Returns during normal business hours STAY in the Vehicle"... so I did.. for 5 minutes... and finally 2 employees came out of the office and walked over and said "Is everything okay"... not in a "hey, can we help you" but in a "hey, why are you sitting in the cab" kind of way. They then just walked past the truck without giving me any sort of direction, asking for the keys, or inquiring about what they could do to help. Eventually they did come around to get the key and got me checked out.. but it was a weird experience and one of the 2 employees literally NEVER said anything to me or made eye contact.. he just walked around the truck witiout saying anything, gathered the dolly and moving pads, and went into the storage area basically as if i wasn't there. Very odd interaction and does not make me interested in using uHaul again.Joshua H.

For some reason there was a discrepancy with the gas tank reading. But the process is very thorough, so that the error was corrected efficiently and I was in my way with a corrected contract within minutes. I highly recommend using this UHAUL location as the staff are exceptional, the truck of good quality, and the overall experience was great.Scott S.

I rented a pickup truck and drove 38 miles total. They over charged my credit card by $50. When I questioned, they said I drove over 100 miles, according to their "system" and I had to pay it. I then showed them the photographs I took of the odometer before and after driving it, totaling only 38 miles. No apologies, no explanations from them. Was simply told the overcharge would be reversed in 2-3 days. They also wrote in the contract that the tank was 1/2 full, while it was only 1/4 full. I had to spend extra money filling it to 1/2 full so i would not be charged. I don't think these are mistakes by their "system" and I question how many customers they try to do this to.chris B.

There was a gentleman who claimed to be the manager that called me and harrased me the day the the truck was due because it was not returned yet back yet. He called my phone multiple times in a row and was very rude. If the calls are recorded, you guys should look into it.Luis G.
Issues with truck we rented. Kept getting stuck on the emergency break and would not start properly at times. Other than that, truck was clean and got the job done. I'm just glad the employees didn't charge my card for unnecessary charges like they did last time I rented from u-haul. I'm always cautious now when renting from u-haul. I didn't have any trouble with the storage facility part of my contract. My issue is with the truck that I rented out on Saturday to move out my belongings. The truck was dragging to shift from 2-3 &3-4 gear and before I would put my foot on the brakes, the truck would jerk. Then the keys was stuck in the ignition. I believe I should be compensated money wise for the headache I went through with this truck. I don't know how it passed inspection. Since 1073 I have been a customer of u-haul loyaly. AWFUL! Was issued a 210$ credit instead of the refund I was supposed to receive after renting a truck and “free month of storage with truck rental” was apparently bs. Had to pay for my storage unit and was told I was going to be issued a refund and instead a credit that I DONT want to use because I will NEVER be using uhaul again.
