Amazing customer service. Manager Bret is super helpful and pro customers help me save some money and purchase what I really needed. Every was very a knowledgeable and service was fast. Definitely recommend.
It would have been nice to have a vehicle with a USB port to allow gps on my phone without draining the battery. Just a suggestion

The U Haul office offered gloves for sale but they were bulky. Recommend gripper gloves so it is easier to handle boxes. The U Box anchors are all at the same height. Recommend making higher and lower anchor points to make it easier for the contents to stay still.
Hello there, I would advise you please check the seat belt of the driver's side of the truck I rented. The seat belt doesn't click and holds well. I had to in some instances hold the seat belt with my hand. This is very dangerous and can lead to deadly injury because that seat belt can't hold anyone back.

Better customer service
They held my credit card for the rental of the van I needed to move a few items, returned the vehicle and paid cash for everything, they never removed the hold on my card my money was tied up for days!
The 15 ft. Box truck I rented only had 1/4 tank of fuel in it which was an inconvenience. As it turned out I did not have to stop twice to refuel thankfully but it was close. I did not appreciate the previous U-Haul customer being charged for not refilling or the truck not refueled by uhall employees, and the expectation that " the next customer" will refuel it. When I rent a truck I expect adequate fuel in it without having to worry about refueling it before I even use it. Hopefully this was just an isolated mistake.
It was a little confusing to figure out where to leave the truck for after hours drop off.
The truck I used was from 2005. The truck's wheel alignment was extremely off. The brakes also were less than optimal. Lastly, the key got stuck in the ignition so it was hard to turn it on and off. The associate who set me up with the rental didn't seem to explain very much about operating the truck.
Everyone was so kind and understanding of my circumstances and were extremely. If I should ever move in that area again this will be the only place I will do business with.

Inside windshield was dirty. Tires were mismatched and rear ones did not have a lot of thread.
Get the app to work. It wants my phone number, but it says that is in use. Yeah, by me. It's my number. It won't let me rent via mobile because of that.

Vehicle transport should have snow removed so the tie down straps are not wet and frozen with ice in a way that the customer does not have to melt the ice and customize the strap for it to fit on its groove for safety tie downs.

There was some brown dirt/filth on the console and the windows were very dirty and hard to see through at night. When reported at the end that it needs to be cleaned, you want to charge me for that? No. Clean your stuff.

The cab of the U-Haul truck had a strong odor when we picked it up, but everything else was great.
Truck was never cleaned. Windshield was thick with dirt on the inside. Truck was not inspected. No fuel. Major brake failure light on
Three truck smelled of cigarettes and was dirty needs to be cleaned...especially the windshield..

Stop overcharging me. I hate UHaul. I've used UHaul twice in the past 6 months and both times I've been over charged by $100+. Stay away unless you want your money taken

I was told that my rental was in Westfield MA. And when I went to pick it up it was transfered to Boston Rd Springfield MA which is in the complete opposite direction of where I live. Which was an inconvenience to me drive 9 miles west to drive 16 miles east to obtain my rental

Brakes on the truck we're going bad, steering wheel was missing a piece, the seat cushion on the driver's side had a piece or metal coming out causing me to rip my jeans. Fix these issues so that the vehicles are better maintained.
very friendly and helpful. Better than the way we were treated in Chicopee on Memorial Dr.. Two reservations for a rv cargo trailer were missed because they could not get the trailer from a broken down truck of a client. When we needed to "waste money" on a quick disconnect light harness (because we ended up not using it because we had to use a truck) they couldn't be bothered to find out who might have one out side a 50 mile radius. I found one in Hartford 3/4 of an hour away at the Hartford Capital street U-Haul. So to deal with the Boston Road crew was a pleasure. They took real good care of us.

It was outside, but the attendant wasn't wearing a mask and of course we had to get within 6 feet to hand off keys and inspect truck. I had a mask, but I worry about the staff working with the public without a mask.
I didn't have any trouble with the storage facility part of my contract. My issue is with the truck that I rented out on Saturday to move out my belongings. The truck was dragging to shift from 2-3 &3-4 gear and before I would put my foot on the brakes, the truck would jerk. Then the keys was stuck in the ignition. I believe I should be compensated money wise for the headache I went through with this truck. I don't know how it passed inspection. Since 1073 I have been a customer of u-haul loyaly. It's unfair.

AWFUL! Was issued a 210$ credit instead of the refund I was supposed to receive after renting a truck and “free month of storage with truck rental” was apparently bs. Had to pay for my storage unit and was told I was going to be issued a refund and instead a credit that I DONT want to use because I will NEVER be using uhaul again. Not to mention being locked out of my unit when it was paid ?!?! NOT HAPPY A CUSTOMER !!!!
We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Staff here is super accommodating and helpful. We rented a truck to help us move and even packed up the other storage unit we bought at a different business and reserved a new one at this Uhaul location because of their service and convenience. I highly recommend
If I had to rent a storage room again I would go to U-Haul.

very poor experience. Staff took money for our unit and showed us where it was with no direction. If we weren't so time restricted that day I would have taken stuff and gone elsewhere.
Need to exterminate in the summer but other than that it was great.
Was a hard moment my brother passed away and I was moving my mom to other town by my self, the owner or supervisor was very carrying and helpful on that moment very flexible with time and make easier
