great service only thing that took away from it was if Saturdays are your busiest days then maybe you should have more then just 2 people there . representatives were great but they were slammed . if I were them I would have quit my job I'm glad I don't work there

ive gone here through out the week and have seen the assistant manager jonny there everytime great employee great service very helpful . I show up on Saturday line almost to the door angry customers in front and in back of me and jonny and coworkers are tryng to do the best they can to get through the line . jonny apologized to everyone of the customers and let them know unfortainetly they were short staffed. when I finally got to the counter I asked the representative where the manager was and they said we don't know... that's unexceptable . jonny looked tired but was a trooper. I gave him my business card and let him know if he wants to work for a company that actually gives a crap about there employees to give me a call. I don't want an apology from this company I don't need reimbursement . the representatives that were there were great.

I picked the truck and was told by the associate that blankets were in the truck for me to use and I would be charged when I return. When I got home and after the movers showed up, we discovered that there was no blankets. I called the store only to be told they had none. I spent 1.5hr trying to find a store with blankets. I had to pay the movers for that time and the delay resulted in other delays in my day. I am amazed that UHAUL would rent a truck (the largest size) without a single blanket.

This is the third time I've rented from this location. All three were Saturday morning rentals, and all three times I found the location short staffed in the mornings. I ended up waiting about an hour each time before I was able to get on the road. Does not makes sense given I always reserve in advance.

Over 20 minute wait just to talk to anyone. The trailer was filthy with grease all along top rails and debris all over the floor of the trailer. There was no offer to sweep out the trailer. The trailer was overpriced for the condition the trailer was in not to mention the poor customer service provided.

I came in 10 minutes before 8 to pick up my truck I reserved 8-10am. It wasn't until 8:20am that the keys were giving for the truck. employees were on their phone when I tried handing my key back. They explained those 20 minutes were not compensated. I paid with a debit card it is now 1:52pm and the money has not been returned to my account. very poor service.

Had items to return hat I ordered from Uhaul online. Had the order sheet with the customer number on it but not the receipt. UHaul in Pittsburgh had no problem in returning boxes I did not use when they entered the number into the system. They found my whole order and credited my purchase. This was not the case at Boston Road. My items were unopened and they could see that I had purchased them from Uhaul. I was told at both sites there would be no problem in returning merchandise that was not used. Guess that is not the case. I had proof of purchase and items unopened. That should be validation for credit.

If they are a first time customer give them a free rental. First simplify the online pricing system. Second have a set price. Price should be set by city not home address think about it how much time people can save. We'll thats all I have don't think im coming back any time sone and good luck!
