They need to have the truck available to customers who make advanced reservations to move, not make them wait an hour after their scheduled pick up time to tell them they don't have a truck for them. Unacceptable way to treat customers! Finally got a truck, 4 hours later and caused my move to run into a rainy night without help, they were only scheduled from noon till 6pm.

I found beer spilled on the floor on the passenger side of my rental and actual open containers of beer in the passenger side door ! With beer still in them . I have a public safety license and have federal clearance. If if I was pulled over I could have lost my job and my ability to provide for my stay at home wife and my two children... VERY UPSETTING

I used the self-pick up, when I went inside to get the key, I found I had to wait in line. I was under the impression the self-pick up was to eliminate the line.I had a problem near the end of the process, taking and submitting a picture of the gas gauge and mileage. I was told there wasn't a good signal in that part of the property. That makes no sense to me if self pick up is encouraged. I also found the employee working behind the counter rude.

I was told when I made the reservation over the phone that I would get 30% off if I returned to same location. That never happened. Also I couldn't see the mileage the gage only showed tire pressure low

The guy told us he "had to take a piss" before he could connect our trailer rental to our truck, then he made my husband move it around the lot for him when we got back.

Unfortunately it was a bad experience we showed up to pick up the trailer and they told us that we did not have a reservation for it for the day that I wanted and they said we could only have it for 3 hours I ended up having to call customer service we were there for an hour and a half until we finally got it customer service told us that they saw the reservation had to call the actual store to let them know that we had the reservation and then they claimed that we were late after we have been there an hour and a half and wanted to charge us a surcharge for being late I feel I should have gotten a discount after everything that I went through they did not charge us a late fee because it's not our fault that we were there for an hour and a half trying to figure this out yeah I need to rent another one and I am definitely not going back to that location

Daniel is an excellent employee. He helped me when I stopped there for information. He took time to tell me how things worked. Also, all of the other staff people with whom I interacted (please see paperwork because I was unable to get all of their names) we're excellent to me. The staff was professional, courteous, good-humored, and very kind. I rented two trucks from you in the past week and the same gentleman checked me in when I was returning the vehicles. He, too, was especially nice. Your company should be very proud of your staff at this location in Springfield, Massachusetts. Thank you for all of your help

I rent vehicles from you regularly for my business. This was the first time I was hit with a fuel charge. I'm very careful to make sure it's exactly where it was when I picked it up. I've never had this issue at the west Springfield location. Very dissatisfied

The customer service was below average. On the Check out and Check in with 2 separate associates it seemed like they did not want to be there or doing their job at all. Very little/ no eye contact or greetings.

It's bad business practice to put someone in an unsafe vehicle. There was something wrong with the engine, very hollow air sounding. So loud when I was driving I really thought the truck would fall apart. Ramp wouldn't stay secure going over bumps. Had to pull over on side of highway 4 times to push it back in. Every time I Checked it was securely latched. But I guess that latch doesn't hold going over minor bumps. Seriously could have killed someone. Also, door latch didn't hold going over bumps twice. Had to pull over twice, go to the back and pull it back and latch it again. Thank goodness my stuff didn't fall out. There was a lock available but not a place to attach it to so it was pretty much useless. On top of that, i called to let them know what was happening, let them know my disappointment and partial fear of having to drive this truck (like seriously could have killed someone), and when I arrived back at the uhaul location the manager implied that he was upset that I had given him a hard time. He thought his feelings were more important than other drivers lives. I would recommend not going to this location. I've had pretty good experiences with uhaul in Northampton so I know they aren't all like this one. But really, if you go here, thoroughly check the vehicles to make sure they are safe because the uhaul employees don't check. Also, shame on the employees here for not making sure the vehicles are safe for usage. Very bad business practice.
