The only reason I did not give you an excellent review is because as your employee Nicholas S. Checked me out and was about to get my truck/equipment another employee named Jose started screaming at the other guys about them not doing their jobs correctly and that if the wanted to, they could leave the workplace. Jose proceeded to tell Nicholas in a unprofessional and condescending tone(in front of other customers as well) to hand ober the keys to the truck I rented and handed me the keys and told me I could go get my truck in the rear of the parking lot. Now mind you I have a bad back and was in pain. I proceeded to go get the truck for which I had now no knowledge of it's exact location or where to get the other items I rented from you. Half way to my walk here comes Nicholas and asked me for the keys and told me to wait up front (as I usually do when I have rented from you in the past) and that he would get the truck for me. Nicholas quickly retrieved the truck pulled up store front and got all the items I rented and loaded the truck. Im assuming he left for the day or permanently as he was visibly upset at what Jose did and said inside the store previously. All in all Jose's actions surely left a bad impression on how customers are to be treated and how to also manage and treat employees overall.
Joel SOverall the equipment was safe and served well. The agent that did the hookup was excellent and carefully verified everything was correct. U Haul's trailers use a ratcheting knob rather than lever to secure to the SUV's ball which is safer in my view. One of the cushion's on a rail was falling off. Speaking of rails, they need improvement. The places to tie to them are too small to accept ratchet strap hooks and any rope more than about 3/8" Fortunately a previous renter had left short rope lengths tied into a loops that worked as anchor points.

Sandra JCustomer service on the UHaul hot line was terrible. Made us go to Brimfield MA at a location that was not only closed but also had no service so it made the process impossible to get my trailer that i rented weeks away. Then after we had finally got through on the app to the final approval part, nobody accepted our approval and it timed out and we couldn't get back. So then customer service just said it was our phones fault and said we were basically screwed and had to go to another location when im literally looking at the truck i ordered right in front of my face.
MATHEW RVery friendly staff especially Skyla..she’s always smiling and in a great mood. Only thing I’d change is the temperature inside the storage building unless you’d like to store meat or perishables in your unit. Otherwise a great overall experience

Sandra JClean the vehicle. I had to remove dog hair from the cab. Trash was in the door pockets and under the seat. The windshield was awful and I needed to scrub it. Had summer wipers and I was driving to Maine in snow, not good.

This was very inconvenient! The place was super clean and the people were great but over burdened with understqffing and poor technology to top it off.

The truck was dragging to shift from 2-3 &3-4 gear and before I would put my foot on the brakes, the truck would jerk. Then the keys was stuck in the ignition. I believe I should be compensated money wise for the headache I went through with this truck. I don't know how it passed inspection. Since 1073 I have been a customer of u-haul loyaly. It's unfair.
