I called a few times with questions. Staff was very supportive, kind and knew the geographic locations in detail. The pick up was positive and quick and the truck rode incredibly well. The automated drop off after hours process was very well thought through and worked flawlessly. Thank you for making the experience the easy part of the move.

The girl at the counter was very pleasant, we rented a cargo van at first(our mistake) and she let us switch to a RAM 2500 van instead and it was very nice. Good experience all around.

Staff was very helpful and courteous and efficient. Facility had lots of trucks, vans to rent. Didn't have to wait in line to get truck. Truck was clean on inside of cab and container, but outside of truck and windows were dirty..mud splattered.

You have a great location here. Being able to make a same-day online reservation on a Sunday was incredibly convenient, but what really stood out was the outstanding customer service. I was greeted by one friendly, accommodating employee at pickup and another at drop-off, and both went above and beyond. That level of service is becoming increasingly rare these days. Kudos to both of these gentlemen for making the experience so enjoyable!

I rented the 10ft box truck to move my toolboxes and other garage stuff. My only request would be that a ramp is added to the 10ft trucks. I didn't realize it didn't have one, so I pretty much wasted money on the rental because I couldn't move my tools.

The team here is always stellar. Happy to have a reliable U-Haul. Many stores have poor customer service and a lack of care for the customer. This store has a great history of taking care of their customers. Highly recommend this location.

My storage unit is moldy the 24 hour access was not available. The door was broken. I had to wait for someone to come and give me access. I can only access my storage unit when someone is physically present. I will be ending my contract soon. the worst storage facility I have ever seen the walls are covered in mowed. The floor is moist. My belongings will not be able to remain there for long without being damaged that storage unit needs to be closed. It is un suitable for anyone storing household items, clothing and furniture very dissatisfied.

The entire rental period access to the card swipe did not work. This was unacceptable and staff had NO control in getting it repaired. The staff was friendly and helpful but many times they were overwhelmed and the wait times were long and unacceptable. Scheduling the proper amount of staff at the proper time is a management issue. I would say that my overall experience was "below average" if not for the smiles that the staff showed me.

I made four visits to this Uhaul location in one day to pickup and drop off equipment. The owner, Ryan, didn't seem interested in assisting, and his associate was unable to figure out how to do so.
