Two of the Uhal Employees there Samir and Atil were very Knowledgeable , courteous and patient. They were both very helpful in Renting a Truck and Renting a Storage Space. Equipment should be cleaned, employees should explain return procedures before rentals are released, company should monitor miles and gas on returns. My mileage was inflated by 17 miles! I learned a valuable lesson from this experience.LENO Q.
I ordered a 5 x 8 enclosed Trailer a month ahead of time and when I arrived they did not have any enclosed trailer to rent. We spent. 1.5 hours as they went through a painfully slow computer software system, then called â€œtraffic,â€ and finally we had to take an open ramp trailer, buy a tarp and straps and use That for a one way 7 hour drive. It was less space, difficult to manage a flapping tarp, and less room. All in all more expensive than our reservation trailer and less space. Disappointing to make a reservation online a month ahead and Not have a trailer ready and take a lot of My time on a difficult moving day with very few options offered.CHRISTOPHER P.

I am very upset with the fact that I was quoted a rate of $129.00 at the time of my reservation and when I arrived was charged $624.00. The manager stated that's why the computer was telling him and he could do nothing. I want to be refunded what I believe was an overcharge. Also the printout said the van had 5/8 of a tank and was in fact on 1/2. This location is poorly runMICHAEL J.

The truck had issues with stabilatrak and couldn't drive over 20 mph and was smoking. Inside of truck smelled like cat urine. The building and customer service was great.CURTIS W.

This location would receive an excellent rating if the mobile checkout process wouldn't require having to physically go inside to get keys from the counter. Maybe a secured lockbox outside that keys could be stored in or access to vehicle's with the smartphone app.Albert S.

The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. Atil went above and beyond with his customer service, I would recommend him for employee of the month. The house keeper was very helpful as well and she had the building looking amazing. This by far has been the best uhaul experience I’ve had. Employees did not show how the key card works nor did they walk me to my unit. I noticed this after they seeing how management treated a different client. Employees Harrassed my staff(movers) first and then myself, And tried to make me pay a dumpster fee without a visible sign on or around dumpster. Altercation almost turned physical, because Management has a hard time communicating. Management has power issues and kept referring to the Uhual establishment as his own and he can do what he wants. Why would you charge a HOLD on the truck 5 days after my reservation??JUSTIN P.
Brandon from Hunting Park location sent me to Ridge Avenue for a 15' truck after speaking with Atil from Ridge Avenue. I get to Ridge Avenue location, and they do not have the 15' truck that was promised to me. Atil then billed me for insurance, but never asked if I wanted the insurance. Atil moved like a turtle. It took almost an hour to get the truck. Atil also put me with a 9:15 return of the truck, but I did not get to the truck until close to 10:00 AM. Let me not forget, the gas cap was broke. The knob spins and spins, but does not lock. Today, 10/13/2020, I spoke to Martin Ingram who denied giving me a refund, and explained that I could complain, but he's the General Manager, and he will be the one to get the complaint. I asked for the name of Mr Ingram's supervisor, and he told me his supervisor was â€˜customer service.' Also, I was told one lie after another by the parties involved, and nickel and dimed along the way. I will add that I donated the purchased boxes, because I used some that were donated. One good deed deserves another. That is the only good thing about U-Haul services that proved helpful. This was my first experience with U-Haul, but I never want to do business with them again. Traumatize is what U-Haul services will do to you. Poor is my ranking for my experience.Crystal C.

I can't say enough good things about Martin and his team -- I was very nervous about doing the auto tow but I knew right away that I was in good hand's when Martin started to set it up -- he was great and made me feel very confident about driving the uhaul with the auto tow. Everyone at this location was very nice when I was very stressed about my move - they were all patient and very helpful. I also really appreciated having the storage unit there, the ability to rent a dolly, and how clean and well-run the location was -- a real step up from other Uhaul locations I have used. In short -- I wish other businesses were as well run and I credit Martin for running this location so well. A good team starts at the top! I have already recommended this location to other residents at the building I left in Philly (The Isle) and told everyone how great u-haul was when they ask about my move.
