No extras in store. Nor trained employee to offer extras like dollies, boxes, pads that customers not experienced in moving may need. Most uhaul stores will have and offer these things. This store didn't.

I could not find the location using google maps on my phone. When I looked to the left driving West on Ridge Ave, I did not see the location. Fortunately, I called and was directed to make a hard left on 29th St and drive into the rear entrance. The manager on duty indicated that this is a problem with customers finding the lot, which cannot possibly be seen from 2800 Ridge Ave! He was helpful to me in finding the location for my truck drop off. UHaul should insert a statement that the entrance to is off of 29th street and is not accessible directly from Ridge Ave.

Refund the code insurance if the vehicle is returned with no damages. Ur making unfair charges against customers that return the vehicle the way it was rented.

First, i feel like the place should have someone there before the customers arrive. There was 2 of us with 9am appointments and the attendee arrived around 9:03. Secondly, I think the company should provide adequate accommodations for the person who’s working. That cold little shack that she had to crank up the space heater in looked uncomfortable. And when I returned the vehicle 5hrs later it was still cold in there. D

The location is undergoing renovations, so it is really kinda gross. I felt bad for the manager having to be in there. He was a nice guy though. Rental and return was a breeze. I would definitely recommend this location, just after construction is complete.

My Customer Service experience at this location was horrible! The young lady treated me like a piece of crap, she did not explain things prior to asking me to sign when I asked for an explanation she gave me attitude as if I was bothering her. Frankly her customer service skills are horrible she made me feel very uncomfortable and nervous to ask any questions. I will not return to this location because of the way I was treated by an employee who represents your location. A secret shopper should be sent to this location to verify my claim as it is obvious that this is her normal behavior.

The employee Martin Ingram was very professional and nice took the time to explain all questions I had,even thought the location was very small and cold inside me and the other customer before me was ok because of the service Martin Ingram give us hes the definition of perfect customer service I’ll definitely be coming back here to this location.

I will be filing a Complaint through the Better Business Bureau based on my experience with Uhaul. My customer experience was absolutely horrible. I rented a truck and drove 5 miles with no issues. I returned the gas tank exactly how I found it. Even though I only drove 5 miles, I still put gas in the vehicle before returning it. When I received my receipt online, I noticed there was a 9 dollar surcharge for gas, I called the location and inquired. The manager was completely unprofessional and rude. He would not give me his name, and said I was being a pain and if I wanted to come by to see where the gas tank was filled it. He hung up on me twice. I will never rent from Uhaul again. Even though the surcharge was only 9 dollars, it was the principle that the manager was unethically charging me for gas I replaced and how I was treated as a customer.

The pickup location was a crumbling, abandoned warehouse with a small, well-maintained office inside. The scheduled pickup time was confirmed over the phone as 8:30a, but the office didn't open until 9a. The truck was good, except a lot of sticky residue in both cup holders.

The manager that helped me rent the truck was very pleasant and helpful. He explained everything to me, made it easy and was friendly. He asked how I heard about this location as it’s new and under renovation-that’s the only reason I’m saying average about the location. Prices are reasonable. Our company will definitely come back if we’re in need of a moving truck.

The person who helped me was great - I'll get that out of the way first. I reserved my truck with the mobile pick up option and scheduled my day around it. When I got to the location at my scheduled time, I didn't see any pickups (what I reserved) on the lot but continued through the pick up process on my phone. At the end, it told me no equipment had been assigned to me and I had to go inside. This location is shady af, inside a dark warehouse with a single dude at a computer. He was helping other people so I ended up having to wait about 20 minutes, throwing me off schedule. He ended up having to assign me a different vehicle which used way more gas and was much scarier to drive and maneuver because, as noted previously, there actually weren't any pickup trucks at this location despite my reservation successfully going through. Like I said, the guy who helped me did the best he could, but the online reservation system is totally unreliable and screwed up my carefully planned, already stressful day.

Because the original drop off location was closed .so I had to refilled the gas to go to another . I made it almost full . I called the u haul customer service and the employee at new drop location but they didn't help!
