SUSAN WEverything was great, except for the turnover of employees especially the managers at that location. When I started my storage contract almost 6 years ago, the manager was very nice sweet and understanding. Then you had switched managers without any notice or notification and I was charged a late see. At first she was extremely rude but after she was okay. I believe her name was Diana. Then you guys again switched managers without notice and the manager was then a male and he was pleasant to work with. I am not sure if there is a different manager now but during those 6 years that was my experience at that location.

Carlo R | Online Move InClean is a relative term. Our locker was ( they all are) dusty. This is the desert SW and we have a lot of blowing dust which penetrates into the lockers which are not dust proof. That is just the way it is here and is not a complaint. Otherwise all was excellent!

WILLIAM BGot a rental, told woman on phone I would have it until 4pm, she stated okay that’s not an issue I wasn’t told of any more charges. I get multiple calls and my family gets calls at 2:30pm that I was to return it at that time and I stated 4PM, they asked if I could get it back at 3:20 and it was already 3PM and they are 15 minutes away and I had a half truck to unload still and stated I would be able to at 4PM like I stated. I was then charged for another rental and other miscellaneous fees after drop off. Never again. If you plan to charge someone for another rental then say that don’t let it be a surprise.

MARIA GI am not pleased with the schedule of power to my trailer to use my battery charger/maintainer. Most in new chargers require a constant uninterrupted power to work. It is extremely inconvenient to go daily and restart my battery charger. With high cost that I paid and the minute amount of electricity needed it should be the least that facilities could do. My trailer batteries are now trash since the power was cycled on and off to the charger.
KEN G | Overall ExperienceThe facility was great. The problem I have with it is the pigeon problem you have. Every time I picked up my camper I would have to wash the whole camper. The roof was disgusting, my gutters were completely filled with pigeon poop, there was poop on all sides of my rv. I would spend about 3 hours cleaning it up every time I picked up my camper.
PHILIP M | Overall ExperienceOn the day I rented my storage there was no canopy in front of the office. On the day I moved in all of a sudden there was a random black pole right in the driveway at the gate. There was no clearance signs on the black pole causing me to not see it and hit the Uhaul truck I rented . I had insurance on the truck but it did not cover overhead damage. The day I went to turn in the Uhaul truck at another location The manager was rude and I had made an agreement to pay the deductible on a certain date. However the manager tried to pull money from account to bill me for the overhead damage. I do not feel I was responsible because that pole was clearly in the way of the exit Gate. The manager did not contact me. The manager did not apologize for this happening to me. The manager should have helped me dispute this charge because it would have been the correct thing to do. I had to cancel my debit and credit cards because I feel I was not responsible due to poorly lit entrance and no signs displaying clearance height. I decided that this business was only caring about making money and did not put any effort to correct the situation. I decided that I did not want to rent any from this company. It was a horrible experience for me and it’s very sad that now there are orange cones front. I will never rent from Uhaul again due to the traumatizing experience I had to go through

Raquel BThere was a pile of dog poop on lower portion of driver seat on floor that I had to partially clean up! Residue of poop is still there! Young man associate checked me in very well and asked that I have truck back on Saturday by 0900 which I did return at 0855. I put $16.00 gas in truck to cover 49 miles I drove however he gave me a choice to go get more gas because he stated line in truck was barely off from his sheet. I was going to go but I had already ordered my Lyft ride. So I paid $28 extra! Truly unbelievable so I paid and left. Young man needs to learn how to make a fair judgement call. I’m a retired US MARINE and last thing I want to do is cheat U-HAUL over two lines on gas line which could go either way. Just BAD BAD BUSINESS! Miguel Padilla 3036697118

Andrew HThe only complaint I have is I left a message for the manager to call me and I never got the call. Whether he got the message and never called or the girl never gave him the message, I will never know but from a customer’s perspective that is unacceptable. That never happened with previous manager. I said yes to the staff being helpful but this incident tempted me to say no.

elvin jMy car had failed in towing a trailer that was said to be able to tow it. After having to call 4 to 5 people (and getting differing answers from each person) at U-Haul to get help because we were in the middle of a cross-country move, and explaining our situation of needing to drop off a trailer and switch it out for a truck and car trailer, not once was it mentioned that we had to change the drop-off location on the trailer by any of the phone representatives or the crew when we got there. we were there for 2 hours moving all the boxes from the trailer to the U-Haul truck and not a single worker warned us of a wrong location fee until they were checking out the equipment.
stephen fFirst off Edmund location was rude as hell, vehicle had accident damage...next your traffic office decided to cancel our haul truck 400 mil from our destination because they didn't had any , than we had to drive out of our way to Edmund to get a diffrent truck which was smaller , they didn't wanted to give to us until the next day at 430 pm in the evening...like I said it was a mess on top of this we had to rent a trailer 5x9 because we didn't had enough room in the truck...if you all wouldn't canceled my over a month before my order I would of not been spending another $500 and that pisses me off like hell , why in the world do you have a reservation when you don't honor this shit , do you even know what reservation means you all might need a dictionary...for customers coming out of state and traveling is unexeptable , you don't have anything because your your excuse is ..oh it's a college town...sorry this bs...because all you about is making quick buck because ppl are local and you don't give a shit about people come from other states and don't move college kids...so yes I'm a pissed off customer and over $500 ....definitely will be the last time me renting a haul ....be nice if we can have a serious conversation about , because who you at haul just give you the run around and don't let you talk to an actual person in charge...so if there is a ceo or something like be nice to get a call my number is 580-583-4191

Sal GThe entire U-Haul process is incredible. This one was no different. I love the use of technology for for checking out and back in, makes it very simple. Additionally, every U-Haul facility I’ve been in is always bright, clean and well stocked with absolutely everything needed to move. Finally, the trucks and how they must be used very hard but are always in way better condition than you could ever ask for. Mechanically sound, clean and well explained for those that don’t know their way around larger vehicles. Great job!

Turn in process took forever also almost 20 minutes to complete all the steps on my own without help from a U-Haul employee. When I had to call I had to wait 30 minutes on hold just to get told try again.

The website showed the location had that item but when we went to check in they let us know they did not have it. Maybe keep a better updated website or send a notification to the location what is asked for, specially with so much time in advance.

Luckily I saved them and when I had an issue Rogelio Damian called and I was able to submit my pictures that I took and resolved an issue about the vehicle being damaged. Great customer service at this location and he was very helpful.

The entire front cap of my trailer was covered in bird feces when I pulled my trailer out after seven months. Otherwise, no issues. The site seemed secure and access is convenient.
