It took a while for them to acknowledge. I was there to rent a trailer and that I already had a booking number, but once that was settled, they were very helpful and hooked the trailer up for me.

The staff was so great, and he took the time to explain every question we had. It was the fact that there wasn’t more staff working early morning and it got busy too quickly. Plus there was not a lot of room to park the car as the parking lot was so small.

I was charged 7.00 for the use dolly that we did not use the dolly was loose in the truck seal broken I always bring my own equipment I should not be charged I should be refunded attendant was informed

Was and maintain the truck better. I rent frequently from the same location and for some reason I almost get the same beat up Truck. Headlights are cross eye and dim. Unsafe to drive at night.

I had a major issue with the trailer and had to return it 45 minutes after renting to a nearby location. A refund is supposed to issued next week but they made me pay even though there was an issue with the trailer. I look forward to resolution.

I’m not worried about the next person, I was not happy that I made a reservation and was told I could pick up early, only to have to wait for 2 hours due to a mishap from this location, no attempt was made to make it right, instead I was told I would have to take up with costumer care, it was not pleasant and cost me more due to additional expenses for late retrieval of the truck, due to fault of location.

I am turned off by the access to my unit. It was a long walk from my unit to my car. The access is not good at all. Everything else was great.

I will use a competing truck rental agency in the future. The 15 foot truck I rented was filthy inside. I had to clean the interior after my hands stuck to the sterring wheel and dirt was evident on seats and dash. The bug encrusted windshield required several washings to restore visibility. The windshield wiper arm was reversed, flipped over, on the drivers side.

I was disappointed in having to go to a different location 2 hours after I had made reservations. I also was charged more at this location and my time changed that I could have the truck. It was an inconvenience honestly.

When you walk in the store you cannot see the agents behind all the stacks of stuff. Open it up and and greet people asap. customers want to see through the store to where they are going.

The Trailer was clean but the guy that gave it to me noticed so as me that the right blinker was not operational, I told him , it must be a problem with the trailer he jumped to the conclusion it was good before it must be my car's problem, he still gave it to me with the condition that they would take no responsability in case of accident, I agreed since it was late and really needed the trailer, next morning I checked thoroughly the wiring harness and noticed how damaged it was, I went to Autozone bought electrical tape , cut the damaged sectioned and fixed it and it worked great, YOU have to hire people that CARE about equipment and has some knowledge of repairs, not just quick conclusion jumpers that care not about safety of others or your own equipment, Call that guy attention, he should have at least check the wiring or try a different trailer not just blame my car.

Can barely get in and out of the place with uhauls blocking the area where you should be able to drive through . Also , I was forced to by the lights adapter because no where in my reservation did it say “you will be a 4 prong connection”. Had I known, I would have brought 1 of the 5 I already own.

This location was understaffed and zero communication by the only employee. The truck had trash in the glove box and the instrument cluster read low oil and change oil soon as soon as I received the truck.

The staff here was VERY friendly and helpful! They all deserve a raise. But this location needs an update on your computers and to hire some more people. The staff there is doing their absolute best. They don’t deserve having to deal with slow computers that barely work and not being staffed enough that they can’t answer the phone or having customers wait for someone who can have access to certain things. We had to wait over 30 mins just to see if there was a storage unit available because the ONLY guy that was there couldn’t log in to the computer. This was not his fault, and I fully believe they need an entirely new updated system and setup. Then after the 30 minutes of waiting, we had to wait an additional hour, maybe two because their system was giving them such a hard time. I feel so bad for these great staff, I’m sure they have to deal with people getting quite upset with them even though none of that is their fault. They review would be a EXCELLENT rating if it was on the staff alone, but unfortunately what should have been a 30 min deal turned into HOURS of our time just because they are understaffed and have computers that barely work.

Kim, Joey, Jesus, Montierrio and everyone that works here is so amazing and hardest working staff I have ever encountered! Having my storage here for 6 years and going through major life changes I’m so grateful for how accommodating and helpful they have been the entire time. I will honestly miss these beautiful souls. They are part of my journey and their graciousness and kindness I will always cherish. Kim is the best manager at any establishment I have ever been! She makes moving and storage seem so easy and she deals with everything with integrity and grace! I’m sooo lucky and grateful for this blessing of a team and place! Thank you :) I feel loved and accomplished and easy for next chapter due to help here!!! Will absolutely recommend and back if needed!!! Love you guys <3

Overall the storage facility worked out well. All staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately when trying to pick up my trailer rental, the system was down, and information was lost, causing what should have been a short trailer pickup to turn into a multiple hour experience, and ended with my drop off location being 20 miles further than what was originally planned for.

Most of the staff members were helpful and friendly but a few were not. There were either cars or trailers parked in front of and blocking my unit every time I came to access my belongings. There was an overgrown plant hanging down over the doors to my unit for months and it was not trimmed until I requested it be maintained so I could access my unit. For these reasons, I would not recommend this facility.

This has been the worst storage and uhaul rental experience I've had out of all the times I've used Uhaul over the years. Honestly I'll never use Uhaul again because of it. The one way rental process was terrible. No one on the corporate side could figure out how to put the drop off location I requested. It took 4 phone calls to get someone that could do it. I went to the storage location and requested if they could they said to call corporate. After finally reaching someone who knew anything they inform me I have to drop it off by 9am on the due date. The documentation didn't mention the 9am time so I planned to drop off after work. But since I'd get charged an extra day I changed my meeting schedule so that I could come drop off the truck at 7am. Which I did. However. When I arrived there was only one employee who was cleaning a truck out. The drive was blocked. So I had to sit and wait 10 mins before I could pull in and drop off the truck. I dropped off the truck gave him the keys. And then a week alter get a bill for an extra day truck rental. He did not check it in until after 2pm thus I got charged an extra day because they don't do things timely at this location. I went in 3 times! Trying to get them to credit me. I emailed them(no response. . Called them. Every time they said the manager was out and couldn't do it themselves. I gave up and let them keep my. Money. I had a storage unit there. That I was slowly moving things out over about 4 car loads. EVERY single time I went there was only one employee always busy outside of the building so I had to stand and wait 10-15 minutes to get my "white lock" key to access my own stuff. They need help. Very poorly managed facility that needs staffing increases or changes. Clearly they need the money they stole from me for the extra rental day more than I do, hopefully they use it to help pay for additional staffing.
