It is hard to see the door switches inside the storage area. People think the doors work by motion sensors. A sign pointing to the switches will prevent people from hitting the doors.

I drop a tail lights not on purpose they charge me $140,00 dollar because they said that I also got a nail in one of the tires after I drop the equipment so I came back to inspect the trailer and boom no nail on the tires I also have a video of the inspection that me and the Uhaul employee did to the trailer spoke to the store manager and he was Atkin like he own the store and is up to him and it is what it is so definitely don't recommend this place in particular

The manager was very nice, friendly, greeted me when I walked up to the counter. He demonstrated how to properly close and lock the unit. He highlighted the map for me so I would know where to go. I was there during my lunch break and he got me in and out with time to spare. :)

Did not like the fact that I paid for a lock that I had to struggle with to unlock.I was told I would have to get a locksmith,but thankfully after playing with it I was able to get it opened.I just don't think the fact I was given a choice of a lock wasn't fair.Hopefully it was a fluke thing,otherwise everything was good.

The facility was clean and bright. The staff was extremely helpful in advising me of the available options. I was personally escorted to my assigned space to identify the easiest access and shown how to operate the lock and make the unit secure.
