It took forever to get a motorcycle trailer, put a large delay on our long trip to pick up the motorcycle. The person helping us did not know what he was doing and was extremely hungover. I will not be using this again. It was extremely unprofessional.CAITLIN K.

Hire new management...very poor attitude and gave me a hard time when he couldn't sell me a receiver pin because I already had a new one one in my truck and was charged a $20 fee for returning the equipment...uhaul just lost a very good customer because I rent trailers almost weekly and I will never do so ever again.scott V.
You advertised and reserved something you didn't even have. There is no 10x20x10 storage at this location. After a harrowing 6 hour trip now I'm stuck having to rent several storage rooms here. I will be notifying corporate about this as well. This whole experience was poor at its best. I won't even mention you advertised outside 10x20 but reserved me 10x20 interior. So right from the start I was being manipulated.EJAY J.
Horrible experience. I will never use U-Haul again. I was lied to two times I had to travel an extra hour to return the truck then I was told and had to pay for the extra gas because of their mistakes poor poor customer service very upset with my experience. The store did not open until after 10am when we had reservations for 9am no one showed up then someone came to work who had the day off he made it a pleasant experience I believe his name was Stephen (hispanic young man)BLANCA R.
I reserved a 20' truck at the Attleboro, MA location SIX (6) WEEKS in advance. I chose Attleboro because you told me there were no 20' trucks on that date in North Attleboro - that's fine. The week of my reservation, a woman named Tracy called me from UHaul to let me know my rental had been downgraded to a 15' truck. She offered 60 extra miles on the rental "so I could make multiple trips" OR offered to let me pick up my rental in Providence, RI. How is 6 weeks not long enough to reserve the truck we needed, that you said was available? Tracy could only say it was "subject to availability." That's not a reservation... it's a request. You didn't "reserve" anything for us. I'm not pleased that you guys value my time so little that your solution to being unprepared for my "reservation" was to offer that I drive further to pick up the truck OR drive further to move my stuff in multiple trips. Six weeks is a long time. Plus, if it was no big deal to ask ME to drive to Providence, why couldn't you have just moved the truck to where I had "reserved" to pick it up? Then you could have honored your word. People go to your company to rent trucks so they can move their belongings to new homes... why would you add stress to that by treating people with such little respect and empathy? I'd like to be clear here - your employees were amazing and respectful. Your company policies are downright rude in this instance. I have to do extra car rides between my apartment and my new house, after moving all my furniture, to get all my stuff moved and I'm wasting a ton of gas AND TIME, and it's because you guys didn't honor my reservation. It takes an hour to drive back and forth round trip. My TV stand was broken in the move and my kitchen table got scratched because I didn't have time to wrap them after you guys ripped the rug out from under me. The icing on the cake is that when I went to pick the truck up, someone in front of me in line said, "I'm here to pick up a 20' truck" and got it. How far in advance did he make his "reservation"? How far in advance do I have to ask you guys to live up to your word? With all the money and time this has wasted, I'm just gonna pay Penske the $450 next time to make sure things go the way they're supposed to. Thank you to whoever is reading this, I know it's probably not your fault but I'm just appalled tbh. My tone is obviously not directed at you, rather the company. Happy holidays.ashley W.

I rented a 26' truck. There was only 1/2 a tank of gas in it. It was difficult to judge how much gas to put in it to return it with a half a tank. The return was quick and easy. I didn't have to get out of the truck. The guy checked all the lights upon return, but they didn't check them when I picked up the truck. Good thing they all worked.Royd O.
This location was fine, this was not the location I made my reservation for. I made a reservation for Pawtucket, RI, near my apartment. Less than 24 hours before the pickup I was notified there is no truck at my location anymore. I had to go to Taunton to get the same size truck, an extra 30 minutes each way which added on 2 hours and a bunch of miles to my trip. I will not use Uhaul again, usually use Penske, decided to try Uhaul to safe a few bucks, in the end it was a huge frustrating endeavor. I made the reservation weeks in advance and received confirmation only to have it taken away at the last minute. This is a frustration I font need when I am under strict time constraints. Use Penske, they're top notch!sean S.
the rental process was very unclear. I rented a trailer online at a specific location to only find out the next day to find out it was at a different location an hour away. also an issue with the drop off location I was told one place then it switch to a different one the next day...i proceeded to rent 2 single trailers witch the process took over an hr. it is next to impossible to get a person on the phone. You're business tactics are not going to work for long time. You had a chance to gain a long term partner but decided to screw and cheat me on the day when We needed your vans the most. Your 19.95 advertising ended up being over $200 per day. Your promise to hold Cargo Vans for us was thin air. You hided your cargo vans on the back of the building while you forced us to rent cutaways with 1.08 dollars per mileage. All while inflating the mileage.
