Park the vans a little further apart so you can get into the driver side door without having to crawl across from the opposite side and nearly rip the door mirror off the other van when pulling out.Paul B.

I had ordered a storage unit to put my belongings. When we got there I was told they had none. We were on a list with 8 others that had been waiting since the beginning of June. I had to go get a unit at Public Storage for 450.00. I find this very upsetting.Jason B.

Everything was great except the Uhaul Employee told me I needed to fill the gas up all the way before bringing it back. So I did. It went to $24. I only drove the uhaul 16 miles. So it didn't make sense. I didn't want to be charged extra for lack of gas. I should have stopped it because when I told the check in employee he said he couldn't do anything about it.LE ANN S.

I had electrical work completed at a different uhaul to haul a trailer. I was picking up the trailer from this location. Upon inspection, I informed of a problem done by the other uhaul facility. A few people graciously looked at the problem and attempted to solve the problem. However, after an hour, they said there was nothing more they could do since they didn't have the time. This did not resolve the issue committed by the other facility and in fact produced more issues! Thanks to their efforts to turn on my rear tail lights, they made it so nothing in the car gets lit up at night. In the dark, I cannot read the odometer, see my speed, or anything else important to driving. Additionally, the car alarm no longer works after their attempts. I appreciated their attempt to fix the original issue and was not aware of the other issues since it was daylight. The car is in worse shape after their attempt.ALEX B.

Staff tried to tell me I owed uhaul $11 after I voluntarily brought it much further away from the closest location for a $20 credit. The road was under major construction and super inconvenient. Hire new workers at this location. They were horrible.Michael S.
I personally have worked on Uhaul trucks like 10 years ago and then I wouldn't have rented from them. I was very leary of what I might be getting into as I needed to travel 600 miles.When I went to pick up the truck I was pleasently surprised. The truck was beautiful!! The person that rented the U-Haul before me had smoked in it so it had a bad smell. They were also really understaffed so there was only one person working the counter and 6 people in line. My UBox was â€œguaranteedâ€ to arrive in Pensacola from Denver on 6/16, it is now middle of July - and I still don't have my UBox of all of my belongings. The explanation that I was given was that my box had been mislabeled and it is still in the warehouse somewhere in Denver. So my suggestion would be to not mislabel boxes and better coordinate with your moving companies.Stephanie A.

Unprofessional, self centered, they take it upon themselves to schedule reservations on thier timing, and lying to moving help and customers, etc... This is the most unpleasant visit I've yet to encounter dealing with u-haul. I deal with them daily.ANTWAN G.

The truck pulled quite a bit to the right. I had to steer it to the left to keep it on the road, all 900+ miles. It was not just the wheel that was offset, the truck actually pulled quite hard to the right. At highway speed, letting go of the wheel would have put the truck into the ditch within seconds.REMUS Z.

The pickup location was changed at the very last minute which cost me a lot of time. My reservation had the address I initially reserved at 80th and Federal and when I checked in online, the pickup was change to a completely different place. Really inconvenient.Michael K.
Overall a great experience. Wasn't sure if my truck was going to be available but an agent called and got me squared away and ended up making my cost cheaper. Upon pickup I believe his name was joe was very helpful and friendly. Even though someone forgot to include my dolly, I was refunded for the amount even though it made my move harder. Mateo checked my truck back in and was extremely professional, friendly and helpful. Overall the truck was great and allowed me to move my belongings a lot easier and provided a smooth ride without disrupting the contents. This was my first time renting such a big truck and I will 100% be using uhaul again for any truck rentals in the future! Great location with friendly and helpful staff. THANK YOU!!TYLER V.

Disconnect between Uhaul.com and "people" who answer phones; they do not "see" or are unable to assist with "Master Orders." There is zero collaboration and assistance between uhaul.com and Uhaulmovinghelp.com. 888-760-9115 master number rolls to other parts of the country unbeknownst to callers only to be told "we do not service your area, call back" the original number. It's a loop with no end after 85 minutes on hold!!! THIS after spending thousands of dollars with Uhaul. Cannot believe it.Constance M.
The new "procedures", self truck inspection, easy check in, are a great improvement. Slightly awkward at first considering I have rented through U Haul as long as I can remember. The guys at this location rock. I have one complaint. The rental line is very confusing. With the center isle being loaded with product it creates what appears to be two lines. I was "in line" when a customer came in and stood on other side of product. I was there first, yet he was waited on first. My time is as equally valuable as the next. This confusion needs to be resolved. On top of it I am an amputee, standing in place is/can, be quite painful as it was that day. Not good. Please make a clear definitive line system the prevents the rude action of others.KEVIN S.
