First of all, you have me the wrong location that couldn't take it. So we had to move it. Making the gas go under. When we got to another location the man was polite. That location was okay. But the overall experience sucked.

An associate working there wearing a Seattle Mariners hat and a beard. Was dropping. F#@* Bombs several times in front of us and other customers. I did not appreciate that nor did my wife.

Gas was not full, we Were given a Baldy worn out tire that was pulling to the left and through the mountains when the wind came it was so dangerous we could go over 40 miles an hour we were pulled over by the police who said we had to speed it up or get it towed the whole trip was so nerve-racking that I don’t appreciate

Everything went wrong. . Computer problems letd to my reservation being canceled. The customer service person didn’t put Down that I was getting my Ubox from Storage and thus they gave me an empty One . Waited 2 hours at the store for my reservation to be ready . Employee put the Ubox on backwards. And they still charged me full Price .

Better customer service. More training. More personnel working to accommodate customer needs. Try not to ask the customer to help off load U-Haul equipment. We do work for the company. Also, try not to argue with other workers while customers are present.

Our original drop off was in Broomfield, CO but again was changed at the last minute to a location on Federal in Westminster (more mikes and fuel). When we got to the Westminster location they had no room either. The staff there told me I had to take it to York Street in Denver (more miles and fuel). I think uhaul needs to improve the communication between their dispatch office and the individual locations so customers don’t have to suffer due to repeated U-Haul company communication and scheduling mistakes. Three major issues on the same move does not bode well for repeat business.

To advise customers that they have to bring certain trucks back. I dropped the truck off at another location and they said I had to drop it off at the original location , that there is certain trucks that can not be dropped off anywhere but there location.this was not advise to me at the timeof picking up the 17 location.

I was told if I reserve the U-Haul longer than what I need it I can bring it back, and be refunded for the day I didn't use, but when I turn the U-Haul in the guy told me that was not true and I had to pay for all the days I reserved. The person who told me I could return it early and get a credit was an employee at U-Haul. It would be nice if everyone got on the same page.

Poor customer service by original contract equipment drop off. Called ahead to confirm with them, only to be refused by them when I arrived. They took no responsibility for finding another drop off.

This experience was the MOST enjoyable one I have ever had with U-Haul. I have been renting with U-Haul for 35 years. Never before have I had this kind of customer service. It was fantastic!! The young people were respectful, experienced, knowledgeable, personable and just down right pleasant to be around. The building was clean, well stocked, and orderly. I rented a pick-up truck. It was top of the line equipment, clean, and smooth running! I will definitely rent from this location again and absolutely recommend this location to everyone I know. I went online to order a UHaul for my move to another state. The first attempt to do this was unsuccessful. I never got to the area where I entered my credit card due to my phone timing me out. A few days later I retried and was successful. Due to that, I received calls from THREE movers and realized there was a possible issue. I called the UHaul store on 80th & Federal in Denver and JEssica assured me I would have a truck and she would cancel my "first attempt". I received THREE calls from Mary in corporate the night before my move telling me there would not be a truck for me. I tld her that I had worked with the office on 80th & Federal before and Jessica had confirmed my reservation a few days earier. The day of my move, I went to pick up the truck, and was told that MARY HAD CANCELLED my latest reservation. Jessica assisted me in locating another truck, which I appreciate, but this process was sooo stressful. I probably will not use UHaul again due to thsi inconvenience. I feel a small refund is due for the LACK of good customer service.
