This whole ordeal was a nightmare. We had reserved a truck and tow in Boulder, CO a MONTH before our move. The night before we were told that we had to drive over an hour to get the truck and tow. We did that. BUT when we got to the new location, they did NOT have our truck and tow. We had to then drive another HOUR to Denver, CO. It was ridiculous. THEN, when we got to our destination of Spokane Valley, WA, they did NOT have any storage units available, ANYWHERE, even though we were supposedly getting a "free month." We had to find an independently owned unit that cost us $300!!! This was a horrible experience.

I would give 0 stars if I could. Everyone at this location needs to be fired starting with the GM Cameo. I was fraudulently charged by one of the incompetent employees here. He wrote down my mileage completely wrong when I left with the truck and it was a disaster afterwards. Because of the incorrect mileage (he wrote 16,000 instead of the 53,000+ my truck had) he tried to charge me $42,000. Then he tried to charge me $121,000. Finally he just wrote 13 miles because that was all I used. I paid at 3:36 and left. Someone returned a different truck at 5:06 and he proceeded to charge my card again for their rental return 1.5 HOURS AFTER I LEFT THE STORE. I was late on a rent payment because of this. I went back to the location and gave proof of my claims to a manager who was covering the location for Cameo. I was assured when Cameo returned from vacation that I would be receiving my refund. 2.5 months later and I still haven't received my refund. In fact I was explicitly told I would be receiving no refund which is beyond fucked up. I came here to rent a truck. What I got was nothing short of a colossal shit show. I was fraudulently charged, I missed rent because of your fuck up, was assured I would be refunded AND I STILL DON'T HAVE MY MONEY. Cameo Peterson is a useless general manager and should be fired for her lack of ethics and clearly her lack of training that she gives her employees. She is not capable of being a general manager if she couldn't fix this simple issue. Not only has she not fixed it, she hasn't even tried to contact me even though I have visited the location multiple times, left my info, and sent her an email regarding the issue. NO RESPONSE. SO UNPROFESSIONAL.

This location didn’t have the truck or trailer that we needed. We had to drive up to Greeley to pick up another truck. We had to drive to Co. Blvd. To get the trailer we needed.

Corporate switched pick up locations on us 3 times. Ended up in the highest tax bracket- paying a lot more, really far away 45 minutes- 1 hour each way. Location didn’t know what they were doing, with a young kid at the desk, almost charged us $100+ more, more gas, more taxes, wrong gas reading, were required to pick up day early. Terrible terrible terrible terrible, expensive expensive expensive experience. Corporate didn’t care, was sarcastic, (management and supervisors included) rude, didn’t resolve any issues, was a take it or leave it situation- just before end of the month. Either changes in location (3rd location pick up place) to the plan just before required pick up. Horrible horrid horrible horrid experience. We will yelp, BBB, social media this as much as humanly possible. Uhaul shouldn’t be in business with these bad business practices. Horrendous!!!!

Pick-up Location was not as indicated on my confirmed reservation. Fortunately, I called in advance of leaving to pick the unit up. Otherwise, everything went smoothly and easily.

I was blind-sided with a fuel charge. I returned the vehicle with more fuel than it had when I checked it out. When I returned the vehicle, they were very busy and gave me the option to leave the vehicle to be checked in later. When I received the receipt, it showed a charge for fuel that I did not at all expect. In trying to call the location to work out what happened, they have not yet answered the phone, I've only gotten their answering service. On the 3rd call, they finally sent me to customer service to work out the charges. Customer service couldn't help, stating they couldn't see the paperwork that had been filled out by the agent. 15 minutes into the call, I was finally given the option to file a dispute, and some instructions on how to get the documentation backing my claim (pictures of the checkout documentation) to the store manager. Every step from me taking the truck back has been difficult and contentious. I have been a U-haul customer for years, but this experience has definitely taught me that the experience can vary greatly between locations. I'll not be using this store's service in the future, and I strongly suggest others look to other, better, U-haul locations.

Nothing could have made the process easier or more friendly. Both the staff and truck were exceptional. The shop hours of operation made the experience even. We finished early and I was able to return the truck at 6:30 pm instead of the next day.

I paid for and reserved a trailer that was then rented out in spite of the reservation. They sent us to three different locations and we finally ended up settling ona different trailer that I was charged additionally for. Instead of returning at a convenient location we had to return it at the pick up point. Total scam, I will never ren with UHaul

Clean out trailers, mine had black soil and dirt all over it. Get employees in there who act like they actually want to help people.
