The policy of not allowing a customer to borrow a trailer hitch ball, and instead force them to buy one is unconscionable and simply a rip off. Also, the store has a policy of forcing customers to give them the phone number of somebody else to verify who they are very offputting for people who are criminals.

Guhan V.Had an exterior unit and unfortunately, I was unable to get my sofa into the unit due to the size of the door. Be that as it may, another issue I encountered was large pools of rain water right outside the doors of all the units on my side. Noticed a rain gutter about 15' from my door and the rain water just collected on my side causing me to have to hop over the water or step right into it soaking my shoes. Imagine having to do that with hand full with oversized objects such as flat panel televisions.

They sent me to U-Haul Moving & Storage of Thornton in Fremont, CA. This was an additional 60 miles out of my way, I expended, very inconvenient. I will say the folks.in Fremont were OK despite the mix-up on the contract No.73946058 paperwork.
donald F.I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the installation of a trailer hitch on my 2019 RDX by your company. While the installation itself went smoothly, I am extremely disappointed that the trailer door kick sensor no longer works as a result of the hitch installation. When I brought this issue to the attention of the store manager, I was informed that the new hitch had blocked the kick sensor, and that U-Haul does not provide any warning about this potential issue on this product. I find this to be completely unacceptable. As a customer, I expect to be fully informed about any potential risks or limitations associated with the products and services that I purchase. Furthermore, I was informed that U-Haul will not be refunding me the installation fee if I choose to return the product. This policy is not only unfair, but it is also completely unacceptable. I should not be penalized for an issue that was caused by U-Haul's lack of warning or communication about potential issues with this product. I would like to request that U-Haul take immediate action to rectify this situation. Specifically, I would like to request a full refund of the installation fee, as well as an explanation of what steps U-Haul plans to take to ensure that this issue does not happen again to other customers. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of customer service and communication that I have experienced from U-Haul, and I hope that you will take this matter seriously and take appropriate action. Thank you for your attention to this matter.

This requires waving out in the hall to turn it back on but it's still a bit of a challenge because it can get down to near total darkness. If there were a dial timer to keep the lights on this would be a lot easier.
