The agent was not helpful at all. He was right talking to a robot. I have never rented before I did not know the drill. Also the equipment I wanted wasn't available.

Received a quote Over the phone, went to pick up rental and was told it did not apply, the trailer had a broken lock latch, wasted time and mileage to get another from another location. Customer service did not seem to want to get the wasted mileage reimbursed.

Have better customer service on the dispatch line it's not even the people in the store it's the general number from the call center is horrible. And didn't even get greetings from your field manager Mr Andy oscypala from the western New York location when I Expressed my concerns didn't get a call back like I asked I received an email. For future reference I will never use uhaul again and I will share my experience with others

Next time let people k ow tht you do xcept cash pmnts cause I was delayed by 6 hrs from moving out of my apt cause I did not know tht I could use cash which this is unacceptable

I'm objectify the whole store based on three employees, There was 2 guys and 1 lady. The Lady was just down right rude & not understanding. Had a very unprofessional appearance and attitude towards the customer's along with being a smoker it just left a bad taste in my mouth. The 2 gentleman were a differnt story, the one older white gentleman was very knowledgeable, helpfull and respectful with tips and tricks to make your trip as painless as it can be even gave the two woman next to me a tip whilst asstinsting me! The other younger gentleman was a newer employee, still was understanding the system and asked questions. The older gentleman helped him along whilst assisting me and I believe there system was down on top of all this so hats off to the one gentleman being so selfless & calm and collective. The female employee may of had a bad day however that shouldn't be protrayed nor dished upon the customers. In short it was a ok quick visit, seemed to have alot of inventory on hand maybe not a one way trailer but I made it work with the assistance of a kick-ass employee!

I am not to happy to have my drivers license photo copied with an employees personal phone. They could have hundreds drivers licenses on their personal phone. Doesn’t seem too secure in the age we live.

I was VERY disappointed in the wait time to check in. We waited about 45 minutes, which was digging into the time when he were renting the truck. Luckily we were able to get the truck back in time.

I was called/texted the evening before I was to rent my truck that it was not at the Kenmore NY location that I had requested in my reservation but at your Jamestown NY location, 4 hour round trip from my home. How does anyone stay in business by treating customers that way?? Seriously, a 4 hour round trip that you expected me to drive to pick up a truck, then drive 20 hours to my actual destination. I need to rent another truck and a car trailer again in a few weeks. Penske or Budget will get my money. Truck also had a nasty pull to the right. Maybe take your trucks out for a test drive once in a while! I definitely expect more for $1,600

This was the 3red location I had to go to that day to get the equipment reserved. You constantly over and double book. Customer services from the 1800 number was atrocious. Just rude and unhelpful. You're a terrible corporation that clearly doesn't care about customer service, as long as you get your money you don't care. I'm sure my complaints will fall on deaf ears. I'm done with this company.

I worked with Ryan and Junior. Both were personable and extremely helpful. I was working under a time constraint and they accommodated my schedule. I would highly recommend this U-Haul location.
