At first they did not want to let me rent a U-box and they didn't have a truck to deliver it so I had to rent a truck for $70 to take the U-box to my home after dealing with them for 1/2 hour just to rent it. When we took the box back they had no idea what to do and weren't going to take it until we got a manager to figure out what to do. I normally love U-haul but this was a terrible experience at the tooele store. The people on the phone and in SLC were great!

Your app is not as user friendly as you might suggest to your customers. To return after hours, the contract paperwork and brochure all say you must use the app. I searched everywhere, unsuccessfully. I just left the trailer in the "drop off lane" and used the app to "send us a message at this location" and before I could finish typing out my message, the app said "sorry, you've timed out" so I left it as it was, and then called to verify the return the following day.

TOOELE Utah… u-Haul. It was very easy to rent one of your trucks today everything went smooth and the truck got returned to the same day on our local run. I’ve been using U-Haul for over 30 years. Still doing a great job SCOTT WILSON.

David Kelsey helped me check in for storage and also handled the U-Haul truck return. He was very nice, gave me all the info I needed and also walked me up to the storage unit. He explained how to check in and out of storage, using the drive through and went through security information. I think his customer service is the best I have ever experienced, I felt informed, safe and would recommend this site for storage or rental trucks.

Damien from the Ogden store was helping out since I can't remember his name now. The manager was out on vacation. But he was very helpful ensuring everything was good on the truck. Helped us get the necessities we needed. Also, there's a girl there. She was all over the place helping everybody as well as well as maintaining the trucks and making them ready for the next person. The next day after we got the truck I needed more material and the manager was back and he was very good as well. I felt however that U-Haul the corporation opened this door prematurely I think.. because everyone was using their own phones. Hot spots because internet hadn't been established yet. And with 10 people standing in front of the employees and everyone having to to connect there phones to the computer was a little bit too much for everyone during transactions.

Just be sure to keep having a variety of rentals available. That’s what makes your location the best in tooele county.
