I took advantage of the free months rent when I rented a moving truck. When I arrived to empty my truck, the units were so new they hadn't finished installing the alarms yet. I was allowed to keep the moving truck to store my items until the units were workable. David was wonderful to work with and I ended up renting the unit for over six months. The card key system is confusing and often didn't work for me, but the guys in the office were always able to figure it out.

He was very nice, gave me all the info I needed and also walked me up to the storage unit. He explained how to check in and out of storage, using the drive through and went through security information. I think his customer service is the best I have ever experienced, I felt informed, safe and would recommend this site for storage or rental trucks.
