Location very busy but truck could have been cleaner. Also I suggest “no smoking†might be a good idea. Truck stank of cigarettes and there was ash all over the dash etc
Robert H.The trailer we received had a damaged door that got stuck while opening and closing it. We had to spend so long fighting with the door every time we opened or closed it that we didn't finish moving what we needed to and will now need to rent another trailer— from a different location. We originally reserved the trailer from a closer Uhaul, but the address was changed without notice. This location didn't have all of the items we reserved.

Madelyn T.I booked a 10' truck to be picked up at 8AM. The location doesn't open until 9AM so it would be a self pick-up. I've had problems with U-Haul in the past so the night before I called and verified every detail of the reservation with a human being. Get there at 8AM and try to do the self pick-up and my reservation is changed to normal pickup, so I have to wait an hour until it opens to get the truck. Messed up my whole schedule that day.
Rich S.They were out of supplies (moving blankets) and the service rep shared minimal details about the transaction i.e. gas policy, how to handle tolls, where the truck would need to be returned, etc. Not an issue with the location but UHaul policy, you need to be more transparent in your quotes. The final charge was nearly $100 MORE than the quote due to taxes and additional fees.

Gerald P.I reserved my truck and an appliance dolly online. When I arrived to pick-up the truck, the facility did not have the appliance dolly. I was told that items like that are on availability. I believe customers should be notified online, when they make a reservation, that these items are subjected to availability of stock at the location instead of being surprised on the day of pick-up. Something like this, the absence of an appliance dolly, can sabotage an entire move.

JAMES H.I booked 25' truck but when I stopped by, they told me it was not available. Furniture dolly and regular dolly were not available. Instead, they gave me an appliance dolly without telling me about that. Also, I booked furniture pads. that was not available, either! So I had to buy it from the store. Overall, disappointed. The only plus was they were very polite.

Alexander D.I checked tire pressures when I got home. Front tires supposed to have 55lbs. LF was 20 lbs, RF was 80 lbs.! I had to correct them, fearing I would lose control on my trip. Also, fuel tank was not full, so I had to stop and get gas before & during my trip. Tank should have been full.

James H.They were very fast and professional about the rental. I reserved the truck and when I arrived I was out of there in 5 minutes. Only thing I have a problem with was not enough hand trucks for rent. I saw the reason why the next morning when I returned the truck they had about 25 trucks being returned so they had a lot of people who probably rented them they did suggest that I check the nearby home Depot to rent a hand truck. But they took about 2 minutes to get me on my way even though they were very busy. Very good service.

Lea M.I saved $50 for bringing the truck back with over 1/4 tank, when the tank was almost empty when I picked it up. It cost me $80 for fuel to get the level over 1/4 tank. Luckily I didn't drive the truck very far and saved another $30 but it was a pretty silly game to have to play.

I do not understand how my reservation online wasn’t upheld, as if uhaul doesn’t guarantee reservation pricing, why have a reservation system at all?

I have pictures or all my stuff. I wasn’t pleased with at all. Even though the unit was outside they should’ve done something about this to ensure my stuff was protected. Especially since I paid insurance every month.
