Excellent service. The employee working the counter mentioned 2 of his staff members called off and he was short handed however I would have not been able to tell. Getting in and out was smooth and made the process very easy. Will definitely be using and recommending this location if I am ever in need of U-Hauls services

I had an awesome experience at your newer facility in Trotwood. I am impressed by the pricing, the layout and the innovative pickup drop off convenience of the truck and easy storage options. I didn’t have any issues until I passed the office hours. Around 7:05 my boyfriend tried to ask about the 24/7 service if it applied for the return of the truck. They completely ignored him while he stood at the entrance waving at the 3 employees inside. He asked me to give a shot as he returned to help us unloading the truck inside the drop off interior area. I then went and stood waving for 5 minutes. I had the lady give me the wait signal with one finger. Another gentle looked at me and said something to the gentleman who helped me with setting up my storage (after 6pm). The gentle who helped me with my storage looked me dead in my face twice and later walked around the counter and turned his back on purpose. It’s understood that the office hours were over. But I had a very simple question. Does U-Haul 24/7 option apply to my purchase. I called customer service and held for over10 minutes just to ask a simple question. I pray I have no other issues with my belongings being in their care. All was great except for unprofessional behavior, may train employees to explain the 24/7 option when close to closing.

The individual managing the location at drop off was rude to myself and every customer. Instead of welcoming customers into the building, he herded them in like cattle and treated them as if they were idiots. Even in the parking lot (which was extremely disorganized) he could help but yell at customers for parking in what appeared to be customer parking. Very unprofessional & will not return.

Give more instruction on where the truck is parked. All They told me at the counter was the number on the back of the truck. I spent 15 minutes looking for the truck that was parked almost behind a building away from the majority of the other vehicles. I mean, not a big deal, but it would have been helpful since I was in a hurry. Other than that my experience was great.

These indoor units are very nice and clean. That said, having multiple storage units that are far apart makes loading/unloading way slower.

Lord forgive me! I can't remember the name of the associate who helped me, but he was amazing! I literally had a terrible morning and he got me set up right away! I could literally cry on how well he treated me! I've never rented a U-Haul before but he made my experience everything! He was thorough and had patience with me! I came in on Wednesday the 26th around 9:45 or 10:00! Whoever was in the front is who helped me! Give that man a raise because all my moving anxiety was put to ease! Even when I came back and was disoriented he was right there to do all the checks and walk me through step by step! If I ever move again, this will be the only place I go!

the owner said he would be in all the next day until close and wasn't i wanted to speak to him because he is very nice got another man that was not very nice im 37weeks pregnant and needed a storage room that was convenient in the front of the unit he stated he couldn't do that so I had to walk pretty far i was not too happy about that and if you wanted 24 access you had to pay more.

I found the cab dirty especially the cup holders and area around them. With COVID I expected a more sanitary experience.

I interacted with 3 different staff members between my pick up and return and all of them were phenomenal to work with! I picked up my vehicle as soon as they opened and even though it was 7am on a Saturday; the gentleman that helped me was cheerful and very pleasant to interact with. The location is well maintained and very clean as well as the vehicle. They're upholding local guidelines as well as making sure the customers are comfortable. Definitely will recommend!

The guy who assisted me when above and beyond ! I really appreciated it. Every making sure I had a closer unit as I am 6 months pregnant. He even was helpful before I decided on the storage unit. He helped me carry boxes to my car. Did I mention he handled this all alone while serving each customer to the highest level. Even fixing my storage card when it wasn’t working.

In the past, my experiences with U-Haul were positive. Unfortunately, this will be the last contract I will have with U-Haul. The customer service was the worst I have every experience ANYWHERE. The clerk was VERY disrespectful! And it appears no one is willing to do anything about it. I have filed 2 complaints and may file a 3rd one - my only hope is that management/corporate will resolve this issue quickly before losing any future consumers. U-Haul has lost a loyal customer and more may follow if this issue isn't resolved.

I will never use UHaul storage ever again. Worse experience I've ever had. When we got to the storage unit we couldn't use the number to get into our unit, besides that I ask for a 10/20 unit and they gave me 10/10 unit. We had to wait 3 hours to get in touch with Jeremy which meant I had to pay extra for my movers costing me more money than I had. Just the worse experience EVER!!!!!

Information online is not correct - the security system is not working so limited hours for access. Stated can't be fixed due to travel restrictions during virus scare.

Carts provided are too few and too small - requires many trips to unload. Only one flat cart and holds only 4 large U-Haul boxes. Would had been worse had we not brought two of our own moving dollies. Card readers not working properly - was not able to obtain working card entry after two cards were issued (and worked properly in the showroom). Access and operating hours are limited and not as published on literature.
