You guys never gave me a lock. I wasn't reimbursed for my first month of storage when they made a mistake with my U-Haul. They put a red lock on my storage unit because they were out, but they forgot, and I couldn't access my stuff because no one was working. After a week or so, I got my own lock. How inconvenient. They advertise the first month free with a U-Haul, but I paid.

tracey m | First ImpressionsHonestly I did not have a great experience. When we rented the truck the male in the morning shift was so kind and helped us so well took care of everything. Well the next day we had placed an order for a street storage unit for the stuff in the uhaul because they had another reservation for our truck the next day. We get there and they gave us 2 tiny units over 5 minutes away from each other inside a giant building with such narrow hallways we wouldn't have even been able to get the couch down the hallway or anything. After that the man in the evening shift got all offended when my husband spoke up because the man was halfway across the room. The man decided to get angry with my husband and tell him not to speak to him like that, (my husband was being polite) when my husband asked him why he would even think that or act that way he shrugged us off and asked my husband to leave. For no reason and then wanted to give me issues getting a refund for the units. It was a poor experience after the first day.

Be that as it may my things were safe and in the condition that they were when I placed them. If the need arises I'll remember to get my things out early.

CHARITY H | Overall ExperienceOnly issue is I didn’t have insurance, I thought sense my things will be inside and it says climate control things would be ok, but when I went to remove my things frm the storage unit I had wet boxes and my thing inside the box was mildew and molded, the bottom on my beds was wet and my dresser, everything was moist. Also when I went to check out where the water was coming frm it was leaking frm the ceiling and they also knew that cause it was a big puddle of water also on the floor someone that works there had put a wet floor sign out. I’m upset I didn’t have insurance to cover my things. But I’m still looking into it. If you rent a unit there plz get insurance!!!!!
