Only issue is I didn’t have insurance, I thought sense my things will be inside and it says climate control things would be ok, but when I went to remove my things frm the storage unit I had wet boxes and my thing inside the box was mildew and molded, the bottom on my beds was wet and my dresser, everything was moist. Also when I went to check out where the water was coming frm it was leaking frm the ceiling and they also knew that cause it was a big puddle of water also on the floor someone that works there had put a wet floor sign out. I’m upset I didn’t have insurance to cover my things. But I’m still looking into it. If you rent a unit there plz get insurance!!!!!

Loved that! Front desk staff is sometimes really busy, so ya gotta wait a few minutes! Be patient! They WILL take great care with you!
