ronald r | Overall ExperienceOverall yes it is a good place. I think they need different employees, ones that actually care about the job and not just the pay check. I got behind on my payment by 2 months not one time in them 2 months did any one call me about my past due balance. 3 days before ur about to auction off my stuff yall call like u can pay $50 and come get ur stuff or we gonna auction it off... then I get there to get my stuff and the manager tells me I got until the end of the day to clean out my storage.... and when ur late on a payment they like to go cut ur lock off and put a new one on. So watch ur stuff. I was with them for a year and I believe they been in my unit 2 times, stuff was moved around like they was looking to see what could been took... good thing I didn't keep nothing valuable in there
SHANNELLE E | Overall ExperienceYou guys never gave me a lock. I wasn't reimbursed for my first month of storage when they made a mistake with my U-Haul. They put a red lock on my storage unit because they were out, but they forgot, and I couldn't access my stuff because no one was working. After a week or so, I got my own lock. How inconvenient. They advertise the first month free with a U-Haul, but I paid.

Alexandria M | Overall ExperienceThe price for the truck was too much the truck sounded bad and customer serves wouldn't do anything about the gas not being full. . And me going threw 200 plus in gas... So no if I move out of state I will not be using your services any more
tracey m | First ImpressionsHonestly I did not have a great experience. When we rented the truck the male in the morning shift was so kind and helped us so well took care of everything. Well the next day we had placed an order for a street storage unit for the stuff in the uhaul because they had another reservation for our truck the next day. We get there and they gave us 2 tiny units over 5 minutes away from each other inside a giant building with such narrow hallways we wouldn't have even been able to get the couch down the hallway or anything. After that the man in the evening shift got all offended when my husband spoke up because the man was halfway across the room. The man decided to get angry with my husband and tell him not to speak to him like that, (my husband was being polite) when my husband asked him why he would even think that or act that way he shrugged us off and asked my husband to leave. For no reason and then wanted to give me issues getting a refund for the units. It was a poor experience after the first day.
Christine L | Online Move InI was hoping/expecting to get some of my storage fee $ back until I learned of the company policy. In many cases I'm sure thats double dipping. Be that as it may my things were safe and in the condition that they were when I placed them. If the need arises I'll remember to get my things out early.

CHARITY H | Overall ExperienceOnly issue is I didn’t have insurance, I thought sense my things will be inside and it says climate control things would be ok, but when I went to remove my things frm the storage unit I had wet boxes and my thing inside the box was mildew and molded, the bottom on my beds was wet and my dresser, everything was moist. Also when I went to check out where the water was coming frm it was leaking frm the ceiling and they also knew that cause it was a big puddle of water also on the floor someone that works there had put a wet floor sign out. I’m upset I didn’t have insurance to cover my things. But I’m still looking into it. If you rent a unit there plz get insurance!!!!!
