The manager was rude when I picked up the truck; she was rude to me and her worker who was helping me. The truck was terrible! Driving it was scary! The whole time it shook so bad going 30mph; it was bucking and jumping and I had the 26â€ truck! Terrible experience!Kayla N.

The charges for gas were wrong l checked the gas twice before I turned it in . The person that l turned it into did not go and check the vehicle for mileage and gas levels l put gas in the truck when I picked it up it had 1/4 level in tank the level was over 1/4 when I brought it backCARL T.

I was hustled. The attendant said that the fuel tank was on 3/4 tank when I got the truck,,but it wasn't even a 1/2 tank. Upon returning it,,the other attendant tells me I need to put gas in it. I put $50 more in it and they STILL tried to hit my card for an additional $91. Yep I'm pissed.lee H.

Not a fault of the Tupelo location, but I was unable to pick up truck at first due to the â€œpick up truckâ€ option was available on line. I had to call cooperate to get assistance thus prolong my pick up time (waited over 30 + minutes) Everything else was excellent! Return was superior and very efficient snd personnel was awesome!Mark H.

The only issue we had was that the equipment we requested was not available - furniture dolly and pads. Fortunately, we have our own utility dolly, but we really should have been notified prior to arriving that these items could not be rented.LAURA F.

I had paid well in advance for 2 dollies to help my older parents move. When we got there, there was no dollies to be found. I was disappointed by this because again, my parents are older and we had to lift a good majority of the weight of huge appliances/furniture.Scott F.

Have the equipment available (on July 31) when I made my reservation; not have to wait six weeks for me to have to rent a truck and unload my things at the Tupelo store & haul it to my house 50 miles away. Terrible experience! Using their call center is a waste of my time; I made multiple calls (usually waited 30 minutes or more on hold) and never could actually talk to the Tupelo store. The equipment is fine. It is the person/people working there. My card and my husbands card was charged several times because they kept saying it was not going through so we paid with cash. All the charges finally came off. But then a week and few days later they charged my card again for no reason. Still waiting on that to be resolved.Valerie S.

The vehicles at this location barely ran. I had a very raggedy truck that was in desperate need of a tune up and oil change. I was over charged and can't reach anyone to assist. Fix your trucks because people pay too much moneyAlicia R.

Once we pulled into the lot and tried to park the truck- we had a man come out of the front door and yell at us to not park our truck where we had it. He explained that if we were to look around we would be able to tell that we were parking in the wrong area. He told us to move the truck over by the vans because they were like sized, then told us to move to underneath an awning. He was rude and not helpful. This whole experience was not great. This is the first bad experience I've had with uhaul, but it was extremely frustrating.Tiffany H.

It seemed the corporate office and the stores need more communication. I arrived and my unit that I reserved on the phone was not available or unknown from the store staff. It was a short turn around from reserving the space but it felt like I was sold something that didn’t exist.
