You need to Clean bugs & bug residue off windshield, headlights, side-view mirrors and splatter of bugs from side-view mirrors. Some trash still in cab (thermos lid, bubblegum container, small broken glass fragments in driver side door holders. Air in tires was very near minimum when picked up so that when temperature dropped a few degrees, low pressure message appeared for front left 2-times (or leak?). Van ran great. A little bit of small trash (cat litter-like?).

Need to have more then 1 person there he was working hard but to much for 1 person there were people lined up to the door and not happy at all 1guy said he had been waiting over an hour need to another person during your peak hours

I experienced the worst service that I've ever had at Uhaul when dealing with this location yesterday. From the time I walked in the door to the time I left the parking lot, the service was HORRIBLE!! I walked in the door to three ladies at the counter. I said hey how are y'all doing? One responded with Hey, the other two kept counting money from the drawer. One of the ladies said just a minute and she proceeded to count money (may want to check the cameras after what I saw) I stood around for probably 4-5 minutes until she finished. She finally helped me, was not helpful, did not smile once. She processed my paperwork. Then she proceeded to give me the wrong key, she realized this mistake, then found the right key and said the following words "if there is a truck behind you then come back in and we will move it." She didn't tell where the truck was located (keep in mind I bet there was about 10-15 trucks in the parking lot at the time), walk me to the truck, or explain anything. I started my walk to the door with none of this information but came back to the counter to make someone to walk me to truck and find it for me. A nice gentleman then proceeded to help me find the truck. He walked me out. This guy was the most pleasant part of the experience. The lady needs to be trained. I think one of the ladies at the counter that didn't have one interaction with me was a manager. Keep in mind I was the only customer in there until I was about to leave and another customer walked in. It was not because they were busy. I just wanted to bring this to someone's attention. You can watch the recordings from my time in your business and it will verify everything that I mentioned above). I will probably choose another moving company in the future.

Just a minor complaint about this experience. I drive U-haul fairly frequently with ICC and never had this problem before so I think it was just a fluke. But when we reserved the truck, we somehow were directed to a United Storage dealer across town. When I arrived, they had no idea I needed a truck and directed me to East Main, even though when we booked online, East Main didn't have any trucks for the time we needed. Once I got there, we were able to sort everything out so no real harm done with that.

When we rented from U Haul we were to of to return the truck by 12 he didn’t say pm or am we thought he meant 12 pm since we picked up the truck at 6, A young lady called me from U-Haul the next day talking about the truck should’ve been returned at 12 AM and I told her I thought the guy meant 12 PM the next day she said she would take care of it but I didn’t know she was going to charge the credit card again for a next day which was Not authorize she just said she would take care of it which I didn’t like when we noticed we was charged again and the bill was 74 something .

The original reservation directed me to another UHaul location to pick up a truck that they don't have. The East Main location was able to help me, thank goodness!

This is the second time in two weeks that I have rented from this location. BOTH TIMES I had difficulty getting someone to wait on me. With my first encounter, a young African American female who was assisting my wife and I, was more interested in facebook than she was with helping us. She literally was scrolling her news feed while we were standing at the counter waiting for her to ask to help us. The second time I waited about 15 minutes while an older Caucasian lady was talking to a young girl whom I assumed she was assisting with U-haul business, then they went to the counter and pulled up a facebook page and started to discuss dresses. At this point there were 3 other people also waiting to be helped, all of which were visible angry at the situation. Later a young man emerged from the back, he was very helpful in getting me on my way and helped the other customers as well. The whole time the other lady (I'm assuming was a manager) stayed on the computer with the young girl looking at pictures. It was absolutely unprofessional.

The staff was super friendly and was personable. I quickly was in and out and in my rental van. The staff informed me of insurance and all the practicalities of renting. They were kind and courteous to me and the other customers. I am overall 100% pleased with Tupelo staff and will use them again if I ever need to rent another hauling truck.

Increase service agents-pick wait time was about 2 hours. There were two agents. Registration pick up date was incorrectly input. Drop off on 30 SEP 18 had one agent and wait time was approx 2.5 hours. Customer service practices are non-structured. On 30 SEP 18, two customers were waiting their turn in line. The agent skipped pass these two individuals to assist another customer who walked up to her workstation and began talking to her. When confronted about her action her response was "I have no way of knowing who is next in line so I assist the person closest to me." If this is U-Haul's customer service policy, I will not be giving your company any more of my business. And I will surely pass my experiences with anyone asking.

How about getting up from behind the desk and the computer and personally greet the customer and ask how you might be of any assistance to the customer. That would be good for a start!
