We were really looking forward to this new facility but the guy that runs this place named Zavier is rude and condescending. The very first time we went there he seemed bothered that we didn’t check in on the app. I guess I didn’t know that was an option. Thought the app thing was for outside business hours. But learned something new. This was my first experience with this place the first time we got a truck there. Well we ended up getting 3 storage units for our stuff and took advantage of the “FREE” one month offer and used it there for that time. In a months time we went there maybe 5 times. They have bad cricket infestation. I know it’s only crickets but they were in all of our stuff. I guess it’s the thought of it. I didn’t tell anyone about it bc for one I didn’t want to deal with Xavier with his poor attitude so I figured since we were only going to be there for a month so be it. We moved out over the weekend and used their truck again (I did) check in and out with the app. Anyhow we seen Xavier in one of the hallways while we were moving out and he looked away and didn’t even acknowledge us or say hi….nothing! Crazy. And this man is in charge. WOW. Anyhow I had to call customer service and report him bc he refused to check my storage units out and was trying to charge us for another month. After I got a hold of customer service he messaged me and did it and gave some lame excuse about us checking out of the units after he left for the day but we just seen him in the hallway. So he is a liar on top of that. I hoope corporate sees this and gets that man out of there. As long as he is working there we will never come back.

Suzanne K | Overall ExperienceBait and Switch is not upselling. Asked person to confirm price over phone when made reservation-never said it was anything different from what I saw on-line. Talked about my hitch and standard electric hook-up. Was overcharged by and required to waste $16 on adapter. NEVER told I needed that adapter in advance. YOU STOLE $20 FROM ME. FOOL ME ONCE...SHAME ON YOU. NEVER...NEVER AGAIN...

JAY KI was told that it would be only 2.5 to 3 hours and it literally took 5.5 hours. A couple days later I rented a U-Haul trailer and the trailer lights didn’t even work because a fuse wasn’t installed at all. This made me miss my internet install.

JEFFREY DThe two fellows we worked with were cordial and easy to work with The facility , however , the guy set us up on the second floor…. Elevator is broke … you actually put folks on the second floor or third floor with furniture to move and didn’t tell us before hand the elevator’s broke down It’s brand new… No numbers on any doors on the first floor at all Environmental service fee…. To heck with you and your extra fees. They did go through the vehicle and called us that we forgot a key fob thanks to them and their patience this was a good experience do to the men we dealt with
ARTHUR FUhaul as a whole would not have gotten an "excellent", as the process was not easy. (Vehicle wasn't assigned to our online order so had to call and get assigned to another location that had keys available...was a mess) This location, keys were not in Dropbox and dolly/furniture covers were not in vehicle. Gave an excellent raring because the person working went well out of his way to help and made it right!
