I received a call saying our unit was locked after we had checked out. This was not the case. The person on the phone told me they had just been to the unit and it was locked - when I had the lock with me at home. I'm sure it was an administrative error, but it made it seem unorganized. The check in method was also unclear, as we were supposed to type in a code to disarm the alarm to our unit. We were given a code, but the app/email was unclear exactly what the code was for and where to input the code. Finally, other storage facilities come with locks on their unit, while we had to purchase a lock for this unit.
