Uhaul as a whole would not have gotten an "excellent", as the process was not easy. (Vehicle wasn't assigned to our online order so had to call and get assigned to another location that had keys available...was a mess) This location, keys were not in Dropbox and dolly/furniture covers were not in vehicle. Gave an excellent raring because the person working went well out of his way to help and made it right!
