When checking out, give a customer the courtesy he deserves. The person working handled the two people in front of me, but when it was my turn, he did not even acknowledge me. He just simply went in the back. At first, I thought maybe he went to the restroom. Then I noticed movement on the security cameras in the lobby. He got into a car. He was gone for about 10 or 15 minutes. When he came back, he was obviously high on something.

We are dealing with a pandemic. The standards for cleaning the vehicles should be even higher. It was also brought to my attention that a customer rental was cleaned out right in front of me. You all need to invest in a sanitary product that will clean the vehicles out. This will also help the customers feel safe. My issue has nothing to do with the representatives. I now have to clean out my car because I sat in your truck.

Brenda B.I rented an auto dolly. In general it was operational and clean. It did have one of the tire straps worn almost half way through due to the fender rubbing over time. For my short transport I was comfortable using it but if I was hauling a larger vehicle I would NOT have been satisfied. I did point this out to the check-in employee. The staff was friendly and helpful.

Brian H.I don't know if there's anything you could do when I picked up the truck there were burned holes all in it it smell like smoke that were dog hair all over the inside of the truck there was concrete all in the back of it and there was a bunch of dirt and stuff inside of the truck on the floorboards there was so much concrete in the back of it that I had to clean that out before I could even put anything in it and there was wood chips and concrete all kinds of mixtures of stuff trash on the on the dash and I found a scale on the floorboard very unpleasant experience

Kiiesha W.So i was trying to return the uhaul and i don't have a combination to drop off the key in the box and there was a worker still there and she was not trying to help me at all with trying to figure out where to drop the key off but she stared at us for a while hour through the window. When we finally got on the phone with customer service to help us they did not know how to either and then i reserved it for 10 hours for 159 miles but i only had it for 7 hours and used about 75 miles but when i tried to return it they were trying to charge me $54 more
Lastar R.A gentlemen that works there told me cash only in the morning so i got $60 out and when I came later for the reserved time a lady said that the $60 was a mandatory deposit and that I could use a card since I was dropping off after hours bc if I used cash I'd still need to come back to get my change. Made me feel like some people were ready to scam me for some extra cash. That's how it felt anyways.

ANTHONY C.The steering on the truck was very very sloppy which made it difficult to drive. Also too much air freshener was used in the truck cab and it was difficult to breathe. Also what the girl quoted me wasn't the amount. I was told 39.95 plus $10 for the cart. Nothing about mileage was discussed. Ended up $102!!!

PAMELA A.Location was only a problem due to the laziness of the company to move the equipment from my requested pick up location to this location an additional 16 miles away from my preferred and requested location. Due to the unforeseen change AND lack of communication I almost missed other appointments I had scheduled. I was given a $50 discount for the issue. Seems small that my time was not valued more than that. The other unforeseen problem is that the dealer I had chosen also loses out on commission since I was sent to a much larger dealer. Again the small business gets the shaft.

Bernard W.Customer service was terrible, the guy that waited on us was horribly rude and not helpful with anything even when we needed to know specific instructions for drop of after close so that we don't get charged extra. Also paid for the padding that came with truck but when we went use it there was no padding included but yet we still had to pay for it. Just horrible service.

pamely B.Truck had lots of problems!! Plug in for phone literally came out with the wires!! Driver side seatbelt had problems reeling back in which would allow it to get jammed in door. Tow haul would automatically come on and it took awhile to find out how to turn off. I tried calling location although they wouldn't answer phone. Backdoor was extremely hard to pull down and latch kept getting wedged. Truck needs maintenance! I reserved a 10 foot truck night before and it was canceled. Had to get 25 foot truck!! Couldn't check truck back in on app because it never showed me having a truck in first place. Had to call several times to try and make sure truck was checked in as being returned. Took 2 days to and many phone calls to get an email with info and receipt. Location is in a not so safe neighborhood and when ur trying to get an app to work it's very concerning. I called after hours number and they seen same thing I did. System glitch and I still had to call the location several times with no response. Moving is stressful enough!! Don't need all this hassle. If I ever find myself in this situation again, I will be going someplace else

Truck was dirty,late getting the truck and i was charged an extra day for truck plus insurance which was not explained to me. When i received the bill i called with these complaints and still no one has called me back or e-mailed me. It's bad enough we had to rent from you to clear out our daughters house because she suddenly passed away and we had just laid this child to rest now we're dealing with all this. I believe we should be reimbursed for the extra day and the extra insurance at the very least , and if i had the truck only 6 or 7 hours but charged for a day shouldn't i have had at least till midnight to return. That's the impression I had.
NATHAN G.I was charged an after hours service fee of $20.00 that was not mentioned to me when I said that I would return the truck at 6:30pm. As you can see by your cameras, I did return it at promptly 6:30pm. Had I been informed that there would be an after hour fee of $20.00 I would have had the truck back before then. Please return my $20.00 as I was not made aware of that fee. Before I would recommend this location, I would say to be aware of hidden fees.

When we were moving out of the unit on Sunday, August 16, 2020, there was a woman and her 2 boys making a huge scene the whole time we were there. The boys were literally fist fighting in the hallway and parking lot while their mother screamed and cursed at them constantly. It was very disturbing and uncomfortable. When my husband told the attendant about it he said "Yeah, they do that all the time. I probably should've called the police or something." There are cameras all over the place so we knew the people in the office could see what was going on and they couldn't have missed the screaming. We were afraid they'd turn on us if we asked them to stop or got involved. It was not a good situation or pleasant experience what so ever.
