We had booked another Uhaul at a different location they told me it wasn't there that I had to go to a different location. The Orchard dr location was a life saver.

Atleast tell someone you are charging their credit card for extra fees. You representative told me to make sure i had truck back before 7 a.m. i turned truck in before 11 pm the previous day and was charged a after hours service fee.... For what? I did everything i was told plus put extra gas in vehicle... Was service fee for me lifting the flap and dropping the key in? Plus i called the store and was told the gentleman would call me back. I just wanted to hear from him why i was charged extra. Needless to say he never called. So uhaul just billed me and didnt even have the courtesy to call me.... Seemed kinda shady

I could not have had a better experience anywhere than I did with U-Haul Moving & Storage of W Columbia. It is wonderful to be able to have a storage unit at the drop-off. The manager was wonderful.

I love this facility! With my kids going to college and now myself in the middle of a move I have used this facility at least 4 times this year! Everyone is great especially Quentin, what a helpful gentleman! Highly recommend!

Comment to the young lady who checked me in and got the truck I needed. She had quite a line. I was extremely pleased at how knowledgeable she was with customers needs in front of me as well as my own. I would definitely revisit this location because of her. I wish I could remember her name. In addition, the gentleman that checked me in later that evening also made a positive impact on my returning to Uhaul but more importantly to this location!! Great job UHaul For hiring these two awesome employees. I was very grateful to both of these individuals!! Definitely will have me coming back.

When I picked up the trailer, the associate hooked me to the wrong trailer size, hoping to expedite my checkout (an effort I do appreciate). He got me corrected as swiftly as he could, but I noticed one light was not working (running light only), and he asked whether I still wanted the trailer. I took it because I myself didn't want to muck about trying to find a trailer that evening, but when I.mentioned it to the receiving associate, he assured me it was not a trailer problem, but a vehicle problem. I am not claiming a superior level of mechanical expertise, but I have worked on and towed a good number of trailers with this vehicle, and this is the first that has the problem. I attempted to assure the associate that it was not an issue with my vehicle, but he said it was either a fuse or a programming error. My vehicle has wires run directly from the battery and the tail lights to the trailer hitch connector, which I installed myself. There are no in-line fuses, and furthermore, a trailer light plug only has four wires, with one for running lights. If one running light works, they all should work. The main reason I tell you this is so you can repair the equipment, which already has damage to it from a previous incident (quick-claim stickers present)

Call center guaranteed my trailer would be available for pick up at my location. When I went to pick up the trailer there was not one at my location. I had to opt for a different trailer or travel to a different location to pick one up. I was going out of town so this affected my schedule. Call center and local offices need better coordination.

Quinton was exceptional ! I was scared to drive the truck , he showed me what to do! He was sooooooo nice I will say The UhAUL WEBSITE IS TOUGH TO NAVIGATE. tHERE WERE CERTAINLY CLOSER DEALER I SAW ALONG THE WAY. They did not show up on the search

Quintin & his team are awesome! Short notice - no problem! Help with recommendation of movers - great job! Getting beyond the corp call center for help - Absolutely! But what had me befuddled about a "clean" vehicle is the fact that although they did due diligence sweeping it out, the windshield was an absolute mess with bug gut gum! I mean a MESS! Not a few, like 30-40 spots with streaked bug guts that would not come off with the simple windshield washer fluid. They needed to be scrubbed!!! Now I appreciate the fact they went to such efforts to sweep the floor clean, but that's not a safety hazard as much as making the windshield clean!

My rental was okay but now I'm receiving text messages from U-haul with a contract number that belongs to someone else. U-haul attached my phone number to another contract and I called in to report it and was told there was nothing that they could do. I called back and another representative told me that she spoke to a manager and that it was removed. I'm really not sure if anything has been done but it does not make me feel good about using their services in the future. They seen very unconcerned about my personal information being attached to an account that wasn't mine. If I was you, I would rethink using this service.It's unprofessional and extremely frustrating to have this happen. It truly leaves a sour taste in my mouth and speaks volumes about the way U-haul doesn't seem to care about my personal information. Their attitude lacks something to be desired. I would think long and hard about using U-haul if I was you. I will no longer use their services. this have been a total turn off to me as a customer.

This location had two sides of the street with no indication of where the truck may have been. I had to go through two entire parking lots to find the truck I needed because the trucks weren’t in the same location.

My unit was vandalized and over 2 grand of property was stolen all because uhaul didn't think having properly secured side gates was necessary just because they had a front gate. No cameras on units.

Tried several times to contact about closing contract via phone/email and never received contact. Had to go to corp support to resolve issue, staff not at all professional when i was at the facility.

Easy and convenient to access. Clean and secure. Requiring ONLY UHAUL (disk-type) locks is an unnecessary expense as I own several disk-type locks which would be just as secure. Pls review your rules.

The office staff was almost always rude and uninterested in helping. There appeared to be no follow through with requests made via telephone. My belongings were ruined because of a leak.

I requested a total of 5 times for my storage unit to close out beginning in 5/5/18 until 5/21/18. I was sent threatening collections notices and trying to reach the manager was in possible.
