I need someone to call me so I can complain. It actually isn't the pick up places fault it is the lies I was told from Uhaul International. I am expecting a phone call back quickly. Due to changing my pickup location which caused me more miles JUST so I could get blanket pads that I ordered just to be told that they only had 6 blankets for a one way trip. But they refunded met3 and a half dozen blankets. Now my kitchen table is very scratched due to not having the blankets that I called around for more than two hours to try and get. YOU OWE ME A NEW TABLE! OR A FULL REFUND OF MY TRIP! I want a call back asap. 803-465-1933. I have more to say.

I was overcharged. My reservation was for a $19.99 truck. When i arrived to pick it up they couldn't find the keys so i pd the difference and rented the largest box truck because that was all that was available. I was told that there was ¼ tank of gas there was actually ⅛, I took a picture of it. I returned it with the exact same amount of gas. I am extremely disappointed in this negligence. You guys are ripping people off and thinking we do not check our credit card statement. I give you 0 stars on this.

Return employee was friendly. Truck was falling apart steering wheel out of alignment. In the back of truck there was a loose metal piece that if you stepped on it you would go through the floor of the truck!

Nobody would acknowledge we were there. While blocked in the return lane employee walked past and wouldn't make eye contact. Might as well been dropping off in the Sahara Desert

Appt was for 7am pick up, the door sign says open at 7am, but worker told me he doesn't start pick ups until 7:30am. Drop off was worse. The one guy working had no urgency and seemed computer illiterate. It 55min for him to do a simple checkin.

Nothing. The manager Wade, was superb. The truck was late getting back to meet our arrival time and wade was extremely accommodating. Great customer service. Everything was excellent.

This location was never a part of my rental and I never returned anything to them (I live in St. Louis), so they fraudulently charged me for a uhaul trailer they never actually had in their possession. I've been trying to resolve this issue for almost three weeks to get a refund on the more than $600 they charged me and can never get through to the actual location. Uhaul corporate customer service said they spoke to the general manager, Wade, and he was correcting this issue but it's been over a week and nothing is still resolved. I've spent HOURS on hold and with customer service to get this fixed and still no resolution. HORRIBLE experience with Uhaul and this location.

Had called to confirm the morning of my reservation (that i had made 4 weeks prior) that i could head over and pick up the truck. Got to the location, waited in line for two hours (as i was unable to use the mobile check in because UHAUL has twice changed my reservation the preceding day), only to get to the front for the employee to say that the truck was not there, and was expected to be there at 2 PM (4 hours after my scheduled reservation). I was also told that i was not guaranteed to have the truck there at 2PM if i came back later. I came back at 1:30 (anticipating another hour wait), and was curtly told “I was thirty minutes early” when in fact my reservation was for four hours earlier. When we inquired as to why a truck wasn't available at our scheduled time, we were simply told “it wasn't the stores fault because most of these reservations are made online or over the phone” - still not entirely sure how a reservation made online through the company's website somehow became my burden and issue when the truck i reserved was not available. I wish i could give zero stars.
