I chose another location and at the last minute was sent to this location. The were not properly trained and were not motivated to provide good service. I will definitely have second thoughts on renting from U Haul in the future.

THOMAS SWhen I was in Greenville SC Early April the old guy behind the counter that look like an ex biker, had no personality and didn’t answer any of my questions or concerns .. why you ask ? Because Everything was directed with a finger or to the app.. Very Nasty Demeanor.. He couldn’t even explain my refund / Rate on the other End 1,500 miles away ! Long story short I did not get the dolly that day because when I called on the phone Earlier before I ever showed up, he was unclear about what I needed for my vehicle to be able to rent this dolly knowing I was in a rush to leave South Carolina that day. Finally the next morning Two Professional women were there to help me get hooked up and I was on my way. I understand it’s not too confusing to hook up a tow dolly, but the point of it is, he does not need to be on the front counter. He needs to be in the back, tightening up lug nuts, and also Replacing the straps on the end of the Dolly that were extremely fragile and shouldn’t have been used to tow any car ,That they DIDN’T replaced AS they promised .

KEVIN KThe one counter guy was busy, and the other guy didn't offer to help, and was hiding in the truck instead of helping, I get it was near the end of day, but some additional help would have been nice, or at least the offer of help. The facility was fine enough to pull in and drop off.

Robert JThe car trailer that I rented had some issues like broken equipment that was not repaired before I received it. I was not able to haul the vehicle I intended to haul correctly or safely. I was charged the full price of the rental anyways even though the trailer was damaged. Not very happy with Uhaul at the moment considering I have never had problems with them before. Wish they had made it right with me.

JACQUELINE IMy uhaul ubox did actually what it promised. I was able to fit so much, which included a queen bed, sofa, chairs and my patio set. I also had 12 airbags of clothing. All my things arrived a few days ahead of time. Everything arrived just as it was packed. The loaders at pick up and delivery did an amazing job! They disassembled and reassembled my things. DAVID SI was given a number to a truck that was blocked completely in in line and backed into another truck when it was parked. Tried the agent chat. No response. Luckily the inside was still open, so I had to go in and get a new truck. If the inside was not open, I would not have been able to pick up my truck.

JOHN BI got charged for an extra day when I returned it on the day and time it needed to be back. ($58.30) Day- 1/26/25 at 10:00am I have picture of truck in parking lot at 10am on 1/26/25. I will be calling office and get refund on this.

BRENDA RRented through the app and chose the mobile pick up. No one called the day before to let me know my location changed or that I could not use mobile pick up at the location that they changed it to. I had to wait in the parking lot for a hour for them to open and the guy was not nice at all. It caused me to be 2hrs behind schedule. I had movers waiting at my apartment to load and movers in Brunswick GA waiting to unload. Because of the schedule being changed my movers in GA couldn’t do it and I had to try and quickly find someone to unload the next day. I called U-Haul and she tried to send me to another location for pick up, 20 minutes further away. I filed a complaint with which I was told a supervisor would contact me but never did. The whole experience was very frustrating. Moving is already stressful enough as it is. Very dissatisfied. You could at least put on the website that mobile pick up is not available at the Grove RD site. There were three other people in the parking lot that chose mobile pick up and had to wait until they opened at nine. A terrible experience.

I’ve communicated with the staff over the phone and in person on many occasions, all I ever got was unprofessional staff. I know in person I dealt with the male store manager and over the phone I dealt with a female. I also know in person I interacted with a African American woman and a Caucasian woman ALL were unprofessional. I would never recommend anyone to this particular location. I’ve been a customer with Uhaul for many years and I’ve used them when I moved from the west coast to the east coast as well as north to south vice versa. I give permission to uhaul to look up my account and see how much I’ve used there company and never have I ever experienced anything like this location.

The staff at the Uhaul on Grove Rd did not inform me either. There were weird vibes so before leaving the 4x8 cargo rental where the cust serv rep told me to leave it, I called the general customer service line. they worked everything out and informed me of everything. I was not to be charged for anything else other than the rental and free month storage. So, now that all my stuff is in this storage unit on Grove...the key card they give me NEVER WORKS. from the very first time. I cant get in or out. I had to visit my storage unit several times and each time the reps were slow and unwilling to assist in getting me in or out of the gate. A cust serv rep ended up giving me a code *2425#...one of the cust serv reps came up to me and insisted I inform him who gave me the number so he could find the breach in the system. Luckily the last time I went to gather all my things, the gate was open. I packed all my things and took them to Public Storage. This was such a bad experience.

My only other complaint is that I have a key card for the gate that I was given when I rented my original unit 100 which no longer works since I closed the second unit 123.
