The truck rode terrible and we had broke glass just from hitting bumps. The steering is terrible. This was by far the worst uhaul I have ever rented and only had 56,000 miles on it.
Very good and efficient experience. The truck drove well, with no problems at all.
Next time someone confirms and books a 24/7 pick up truck, actually have it ready for the person to pick up at their appointed time, instead of delaying them by 3+ hours because they have to wait until the actual office opens, oh and when they express their frustration, probably shouldn't yell at the customer, that seems like an inappropriately emotional way for an employee to address the customer. OH and also when you give them the keys to finally take home their truck, but the truck is parked in that it's touching the bumpers of trucks on either side of it, probably should know where the keys are to the other trucks so the paying customer does not have to wait an additional 20+ minutes while you walk around the parking lot and building "looking for the keys." I would think this is all common sense business practice, but given my experience on Sunday 06/28/20, apparently these require an explanation. Don't worry, I will not be troubling UHaul with my business in the future, and I will be sure to express my concerns over your way of conducting business to any coworkers, friends, and family I have, that way they also do not trouble you with requiring you to do your job. Last thing: my truck appeared clean and well maintained however the only way to utilize the ramp for the truck was to crawl under the truck and manually release it/jiggle it for a few minutes for it to come out and be usable, this also seems like something a location should check on every truck before renting, however it would appear it was not done either.
First. Have what I reserved. 2. Have more help on hand. I tried to call to verify this location had what I RESERVED. Called twice. No answer. It was not the person's fault that was there. She was very busy and working hard.
Tell them about the hold & that you will basically be charged double until that "hold" falls off so that they make sure they have enough funds in their account.
HORRIBLE COMPANY I WILL NEVER AND DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO RENT FROM U-HAUL IF YOUR DOING A OUT OF STATE . The customer service people are RUDE and are not trained correctly , I was told one price when I first booked and was not given that price PLUS MY INSURANCE WASNT there . I was cussed at by someone in the customer service . Than when I got my stuff the hitch for my auto transport was broken . I had to stay up till 1 in the morning for someone to fix it ! Mind you I have a 2 year old ! Now I'm returning ( I left a $100 deposit ) the guy was trying to give me only $13 when I called someone else to get things resolved they were trying to charge me for an extra day that they told me was going to be free . THAN after an hour ! The guy finally says he doesn't have $100 so I'm sent to ANOTHER location 10 min away which I shouldn't have to do ! U-Haul is horrible and I'll be letting everyone not to rent from you guys . HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NEVER AGAIN

Your manager, ShaAmbria, has terrible customer service skills. I'm sure I am not the only one that has said this.
Was advised tank was full and it was not. When rep advised. She wrote on my paperwork but didn't update the fuel or mileage in the system. When I spoke with evening rep to advise of the issue..He said oh well cant help u. I have used this company and specifically this location for years and have never had such poor customer service.
The customer service was excellent. Vehicle comes with a dolly and moving blankets. Keep in mind moving blankets cost per blanket you use. You don't want to keep them after 5:00pm or you get charged an extra $20. Also vehicle wasn't quite at the gas level before I left and was charged for the missing gas even though I drove 40 miles and put 3 gallons of gas back in. The roller for passenger window was falling off. Same thing with the rubber seal on passenger door. Check engine light on. They didn't bother me but it would be good to get fixed. If you reserve a 17 ft truck, assume only 15 ft will be available when you come. Vehicle drove just fine and accomplished what I needed. Cost between $100 and $200. Overrall I'm very satisfied with the experience.
The store does not seem to have enough employees and the computer system does not interface well with the mobile app. May want to consider updating computers. Also, the temperature in the store is quite warm, A/C would be helpful. Overall, the staff are wonderful! I appreciate the time and attention they give to each customer. They are respectful, competent and genuinely care about doing a good job.

The U haul associates were very friendly and knowledgeable, and service was fast with my reservation.
Grove Rd in Greenville was great. Unfortunately the Wade Hampton location where I reserved the trailer over 1 month prior was not. They had no trailers available despite my early reservation and online check in. This was an inconvenience. When I called regarding this, I was told someone would call me back but this didn't happen.
Priced too high
Attendant was seemingly bored out of his mind. No staff were wearing masks.
Not charge me for equipment I did not use. I never got a hand truck or anything. Just the u haul
